Background:
The upstairs portion of our AC system didn’t seem to be working. Everything showed as normal, but there was no air coming from the vents upstairs. The newly installed replacement of our entire 25-year-old AC system had been working great a month in until this happened.

I texted German at 4:30 pm and in what seems like less than 30 minutes, Nicholas was on site and worked to fix the problem.

The installation and service have been top notch.

I have been dealing with them for a long time since I have a few rentals and manage my children’s rentals for them - I am in property management. The owner always come thru with a good deal, even in the hot summer. Their technicians alway polite and pleasant to work with. I highly recommended this company.

Pleasantly surprised. They were referred to me by a friend and replaced my whole system yesterday, so my experience is fresh in my mind.
The techs were on time, knowledgeable and courteous. German was honest, prompt and pro-active in his communication and great with follow up on the details that many companies would just skip over. Great service! I have done business with Cardinal Heating & Cooling for several years now. Recently my AC unit wasn't cooling properly on a very hot day (114 degrees). They were able to send a technician within hours after I called . The Tech was very professional and knowledgeable. He had to access the attic of my house at 3pm, when it's probably the hottest time of the day, to fix the issue. I was very impressed . I highly recommend this company for new installations and service. They are top notch!

These guys are real professionals who go above and beyond for us, the customer. We're completely impressed with how quickly we had a new unit installed (same day) at the best price for a top-line AC unit. Cardinal Heating and cooling installed the unit for me 12 years ago so on my unit went out I reached out to get a quote then shopped around found them to Be several hundred dollars less for the same product. So I made the wise choice of choosing Cardinal. They arrived on time as scheduled after the install. They walked us through everything and even followed up with a phone call today to make sure everything was going OK. Very enjoyable experience.

My A/C which was over 20 years old was having mechanical issues so I contacted an A/C company (you know the well known company in which the Techs wear white uniforms) to access the A/C. To cut to the chase the Tech gave me an outrageous price to repair the unit and even a more outrageous price to replace it with (after my research) a subpar York A/C.
A friend told me about ABC Air Conditioning so I contacted them and the owner, Tom Smedley came out, free of charge, to access my A/C unit. While accessing the A/C Tom did at no charge a temporary fix on the mechanical issue, WOW!! I decided my A/C served me well but it was time for out with the old and in with the new. Trevor Smedley provided me with all the information I needed to make my choice. Trevor and Tom than came out to personally discuss and advise me. After discussing my options I decided to purchase a 3ton 16seer Trane unit. I did my research on Trane and Trane is rated #1 when it comes to customer satisfaction and Quality. Within a week of my decision the new install was complete. Tom was at my home personally supervising and ensuring a quality install. I will continue to use ABC for bi-annual check ups of my unit. ABC saved me thousands over that other company and just made me feel comfortable working with them. Great decision on my part!

I had multiple issues with my unit. One of the parts that tested good failed the very next day. Tom and Trevor did troubleshooting and were able to get to the root of the problem. They went above and beyond and worked tremendously to resolve the issues! You won’t find another company that is honest, dependable, compassionate, and fair. Trevor and Brian did a great job replacing the compressor on our Trane heat pump. Appreciate them making sure we are cool and back up running in this extreme heat.
