Enrique and Kevin did and installation and they did an amazing job. They arrived just in time and they went straight to work. They finished fast and they were very clean with their job. They set up a tarp to hold the dirt and any debris from the installation and even vacuumed afterwards to make sure they didn’t leave any mess behind. They were very nice and friendly and communicate.

I love that you were all so courteous, knowledgeable and prompt - let alone put up with me!
Azel and Dylan were the ‘icing on the cake’. They were polite and professional and I felt very comfortable having them as technicians at my home.

Had an excellent experience recently with Reliance. I don't normally give out 5 star reviews but in this case it's absolutely warranted and I'd use them again without question for any AC issue I have in the future.

Scheduling was very easy. I got my arrival window advisory via txt the previous day, and then the next day a txt to let me know that the technician was on his way. That message showed me a photograph of the technician, Tristan, along with some brief details about him, when he started with the company, his hobbies, and a useful link to track his progress which brought up a map view showing his truck location. Definitely appreciated the abundance of info here; while all that really mattered to me was how long the serviceperson would take to get to my house, others may feel more comfortable knowing what their tech looks like. Always nice to have a personal touch, regardless.

Tristan was very professionally presented, friendly and got straight to work on the roof, setting up a new PVC drain line from my AC unit, washing down the inside and outside with mild detergent and later even testing pressure and in/out temperatures to ensure that the unit was functioning to spec. He took photos roofside and showed me the cleaning process, before and after pics, and of course the new drain line.

Everything was done in a very reasonable timeframe, at an extremely reasonable cost (FAR cheaper than their more famous competition had quoted.) The cost, quality of service, quality of technician and their en-route notification technology is beyond what I was expecting. Not hard to see why they've got such fantastic reviews on Yelp and Nextdoor.

Update - we had to replace a heat pump, and Reliance came in with a very competitive bid. They did an outstanding job replacing the rooftop unit with a new 16 SEER unit.

We have dealt with several different heating & ac companies over the past 40+ years and have been very happy with the service that Reliance provides. The technician is very helpful, works quickly and answers any questions. Even when we called the office to ask extra questions one time, we were treated nicely and respectfully. They have been servicing our home systems for over 2 years.

Dylan was awesome. He came on time snd was super friendly. Dylan seemed very knowledgeable, walked me through the different options and even showed me photos of what was going on with my unit would love to work with him again in the future

We want to recognize the superb job done by Reliance in fixing a problem we had with our AC unit.

We called late on a Friday afternoon to report water leaking from the HVAC unit in our garage. We fully expected to be pushed off until at least the next day (Saturday - which we expected to be more expensive) or more likely the following Monday. Not the case. Reliance said they had a technician (Tristan) in the vicinity who was willing to stop by immediately. The poor guy wound up working on the issue until 8:00 PM until he could get the leak identified and stopped. He was in no rush at all, took time to explain what had happened, explained that he’d had to put a temporary fix in place until he could come back with the right part, and stayed to answer any/all questions we had about the specific issue as well as other general questions we had about the system. He was exceedingly friendly and polite the entire time he was here.

His follow up visit was the same. Worked hard, explained what he was doing, and spotlessly cleaned up the area he’d done the work in.

While the AC unit was relatively new and under warranty, the original cause of the problem could not be exactly pinned down. It could have been something with the original installation or possibly something we’d inadvertently done to cause it. Reliance offered a substantial reduction in the charge, asking that we pay only $70 for the visit and repair. Considering Tristan now had more than 4 hours of work into the job as well as a new part installed, we were happy to pay the bill.

Reliance and their technician Tristan serve as examples of how a business should be run. They bent over backwards to accommodate us on short notice, worked diligently to fix the problem, explained everything they were doing along the way and only charged a nominal fee considering the enormous effort they put into the fix.

We highly recommend this company for its capability and integrity. And if we ever need them again, we’re certainly going to be asking for Tristan as our technician of choice.

Azel came out and checked my thermostat. The furnace would not turn off at the set temp. and kept heating. He came within about an hour of my call to the office. He gave me some options. We are trying the most reasonably priced one, which basically involved redoing the wiring connection from the Carrier thermometer to the Carrier thermostat. He also checked on the compatibility of a basic thermostat with my 14 year old 2 stage equipment, and told me it was possible. I will see how this basic repair works, and consider the estimate for a new thermostat, vs. replacing old units in the future, if this happens again. I think Reliance Heating and AC does its best to diagnose the problem and give you sensible options depending on the age of your equipment. I am happy with their service. They only charged me for the basic service call.

Reliance Heating and Air is just the best. After years of dealing with them, not once has there been a bad experience. Exactly the opposite no matter who I talk to or deal with. My tech, Dylan, is very respectful and truly seems to be happy working there. AC in AZ…no easy task! Thank you to Dylan and all for your exceptional service and consistency.

Reliance Heating and Air Conditioning has done a fantastic job each time I’ve used them. My Technician (Raul) is very knowledgeable and has excellent follow-up. When I had an issue getting my thermostat connected, the owner called me and suggested the best part for the job and then Raul walked me thru how to connect it. Highly recommend!!

Reliance Heating and AC was a great referral from a friend! Daniel, the installation supervisor, was quick to respond to text messages or phone calls and answered all of my questions promptly. He demonstrated excellent communication skills and customer service. His estimate was $1200 less than another company’s and he got me on the schedule right away! Kevin and Carlos, the installation technicians were equally courteous and professional. They were on time, hard-working, courteous and very thorough. They kept my house as clean as possible while they worked and warned me when work would get loud or when they were testing the system. The kindness, professionalism, and value of this company is exactly what I expect, but don’t often see. I highly recommend Reliance!

Our service technician today was Raul. He was pleasure to work with and is very knowledgeable and friendly. I would highly recommend working with Raul for any service needs. Working with reliance AC has been a friendly experience and I would recommend giving them a chance for a new unit and/or service.

Switched to Reliance because I wanted a smaller company really focused on good quality and better equipment. They have not disappointed me. This was the first time Dylan has come out--he was knowledgeable and professional. I'm happy with Reliance Heating and Air Conditioning, and I would recommend them to friends and family.

Reliance came out the day I called to give me a second opinion on whether I needed to replace a 22 year old 5 ton A/C system at my home. I needed a new unit. The Installation was done 2 days later by experienced techs. Daniel and Dylan were very proficient and courteous. Pricing was reasonable. Work was impeccable. Highly recommended.

Dylan arrived right on time. This was my “included” maintenance visit after purchasing a new unit from Reliance last year. Dylan completed his work and explained what was done. He also noted (with picture) that I was experiencing an accumulation of dust in an area of my unit. Dylan talked to me about adding an Air Scrubber, which filters the air before it comes through the vents. This should keep my air cleaner and should help with my allergies.
