Hello the technician Jesus was very thorough and patient, talked me through the compressor issue I had with a dusty air filter. He explained how changing one a month will help the Bosch units longevity. He even shared to my email a price for a small size house duct cleaning job might cost.

We just wanted to write a review for two really wonderful young men, Ashton and Zoe, that were out here servicing our air conditioner. They were thorough and professional.They answered all of our questions and were very helpful with everything. We were very comfortable with them in our home and actually enjoyed having them in our home. They did an excellent job!

Service Experts has been consistent in scheduling their follow up maintenance inspections for both plumbing and HVAC equipment they have installed at 2 family homes. Only giving a 4* rating because today's inspection at one home indicated a need for a repair resulting from an incorrectly installed HVAC condensation drain line (equipment originally installed by Service Experts). Service Technician Darell Edwards properly identified and clearly explained the issue, corrected it and also worked with his manager to significantly adjust the repair price due to the original incorrect installation. His work prevented future / bigger issues with the HVAC unit due to a drain line that would have eventually clogged. Thank you, Darell!

Ashton Whitlock was terrific! He was very polite and on time. He said he was good with dogs, so we were happy to not have to have our dogs shut in the bedroom the entire time he was here. He was very thorough and explained everything he found, and showed us pictures as well. We would absolutely love to have him come out as our service tech when needed

This is a HORRIBLE company. It took them seven months to get a unit installed, and once installed they couldn’t figure out how to get it to work. I replaced them with American Home and they had it up & running in one day. Then Service Experts expected the balance of their contract to be paid, even though they were too stupid to fulfill the contract by making the unit they ordered work. They got their balance by threatening to send the matter to collections, so they basically stole the money. This company is a collection of horrifyingly incompetent thieves.

Ashton Whitlock was great. He was very thorough and took pictures of everything to show me how great my system is working. I felt very comfortable with him in my house and he was very nice to talk to. I highly recommend requesting Ashton to come work on your air conditioning units.

Darell came by and was very courteous and knowledgeable. He took the time to educate me on how to maintain my HVAC system and what to look out for. It was a very pleasant experience, and I truly appreciated his professionalism. Highly recommend!

They bought out my HVAC and plumbing company and they do not stand up to the quality. The technician that came to flush my water heater, I never saw any evidence of that being done. Then he had the audacity to tell me my water heater was leaking, but couldn’t show me where!
The have taken on the same business model as George Brazil!
Never again.

We had to have two 10 foot cast iron pipes replaced in our hallway and courtyard. This job entailed digging a 4 ft deep hole in our newly remodeled home. Mark was meticulous and dedicated to making this bummer of a project manageable. He worked long days to accommodate the tile installer’s schedule. The office staff was so nice to work with too. Thank you!

We previously used Hays Cooling and Heating and they were fantastic to deal with. We bought two units from them and continued with annual maintenance contracts. They were always professional, responsive and reasonably priced. This August we scheduled our routine 6 month maintenance. None of the technicians we knew are there anymore. In addition to the service technician, they sent another person whose sole purpose seemed to be to sell us 2 air scrubbers for $6400. This was totally out of the blue. We never indicated a need for an air scrubber and never asked any questions about them. We had a maintenance contract with them and it was just routine maintenance. I realize we're free to just say we're not interested and move on. It just felt like a slimy business practice. I won't be recommending them anymore and I'm looking around to find someone new. It's a shame that a big corporation took over. It's definitely not the same.

Darell Edwards came to my home this morning and was a blessing to have as my service technician. I have a new home to me but it’s 52 years old and my HAVAC unit is 20 years old. We chatted prior to the service because I wanted him to explain to me what I am dealing with and what to anticipate once he’s completed the inspection. He was extremely knowledgeable and detailed. I felt he cared about me and doing an excellent job. I had a surge protector added as I did not have one and it does rain and experience lightening in Prescott. Great recommendation! I will ask for him in the spring when it’s time to have my spring service done.

Real review from a real customer. Hays cooling and plumbing is top notch for plumbing and ac needs. I recently got all my drain lines replaced for my 50 year old home. The work was done fast and the crew did a great job and explained each step of the process. I want to thank the guys took care of us. Both friendly and hard working. The manager Nick, Trevor, Joe, Dillon, Brandon, and the rest of team. I will definitely recommend them if your looking for service , guarantee to get the job done right.

He identified and remedied my issue quickly but most importantly he was extremely communicative, very clear, set the expectations, was friendly and had great “bedside” manners. I felt very comfortable having him work on my property and I don’t say that about many contractors. Ask for him if you need plumbing work!

Excellent Service! Eric and Lily took our call and handled everything perfectly (we needed quick emergency heating and hot water heater fixed); sent techs out same day. Plumber and HVAC Techs that showed up were extremely professional as well. HIGHLY SUGGEST. 5 Stars.
