I was very pleased with the level of work and service. Very professional, helpful, and the crew worked hard to clean our vents PROPERLY. Also reasonably priced - they provided more services than other companies who would have done just a "cursory" cleaning. I'll use them again.

Our technician Justin was quick and professional during the call. He took care of the main problem completely and even had some ideas to avoid it continuing. The way Cool Zone and Justin handled this minor repair helps me trust them next time when something bigger goes on. In our hot summers, time matters most, so I not only appreciated their quick response but the ideas to avoid future problems was even better.

Spent $1500 with Cool Zone this year alone and then got completely ghosted. I called the office to tell them our AC was still not working properly after the most recent $800 repair and was told only one specific person could help me. I was assured I'd get a call back. It's been a week and I've heard nothing. I highly do not recommend.

Tom and Craig installed our air conditioner today, quickly and efficiently. Cleaned up everything, made sure we understood how to use it and even help me with the phone app. Very nice and polite young men.

We had a great experience with cool zone! They came highly recommended to us. Our salesman, Dakota explained all our options very well and was not pushy, unlike another company we had come out. Their estimates beat all other competitors by far. Install day went off without a hitch (even though they were short handed that day). Byron and the install guys were so helpful and professional. Byron made sure everything was installed to his standards (very high standards by the way). A week later Dakota came back out to check Eve and make adjustments as needed. Extremely happy with their services!!

I had Dakota out to my house today for a service call on my AC unit. Unit was fixed within about 10 minutes. My unit is 27 years old so we had decided to replace it. Dakota was also helpful and me deciding which was the best unit at the best price for my needs. They will be installing my unit soon can't wait. Would definitely recommend this company. They had great ratings and they showed why they had great ratings when Dakota showed up today.

I used Cool Zone air conditioning because our friends really liked them. They weren’t wrong. Our technician was Joseph. He walked me through everything that he was going to do and explained everything so that I could understand it easily. He ended up installing a new capacitor. Quick and easy. Explained everything before I made the decision and gave me scenarios. Wasn’t pushy on purchases about it and gave recommendations for the future. Joseph is highly recommended in my opinion.

Dakota gave us the initial estimate for a new unit. He was very knowledgeable and just a straight up guy. Tom and Grant both helped install our until. Very fair price for the quality of work they do. Would highly recommend!

Awesome guys. Tom and Byron worked on replacing one of my A/C unit because it was over 20 years old. The guys finished replacing in about 4 - 5 hrs. Unfortunately, since I got help replacing my old A/C from Maricopa County, I have no idea the pricing of replacing the unit. It probably would have cost me around 15k - 20k, I don't doubt. Regardless, they were friendly and straightforward. I hope to do business with them again.

I left another AC company behind that had basically screwed me over a couple times. When its early August 2024, both your AC units have died you take what you can get.
I switched to Cool Zone Air in the spring and they helped get the systems back to running in top conditioning without defaulting to "We can sell you a whole new system for $32k."
Justin has especially been awesome. It's nice getting a clean looking tech to the house that doesn't make you feel like you need to either lock the pantry, or the jewelry away.
I couldn't recommend Cool Zone Air more. I haven't found a single issue in the 2 visits I have had from them, the spring repairs and the Summer Well check today. An excellent company and I hope all the techs are as great as Justin.

We've had a consistently great experience with Cool Zone. We bought our new Carrier system from them and they've serviced it ever since. They are very professional, knowledgeable, prompt, and most importantly, never driving a hard sales pitch like other companies. Joseph has been our service technician and it's been nice having the same technician assigned to us. He knows us and our system and has been great to work with.

Justin was great! He was on time, friendly and very thorough. He was also able to give us recommendations to improve the system and estimates for other work we were interested in. Thank you!

We had Joseph and Byron out yesterday for our seasonal system maintenance and to install a few items to keep our system running at its best. They were incredibly friendly and helpful, and patiently explained everything they did and how it would help the system lifespan.

I love that the company texts you a photo and short bio of the technician coming out and they have great communication before arriving for your appointment. I also appreciate the detailed notes and photos the technicians document and email you from the appointment so you can keep records for your home.

Wow! They remind you of your appointment, they tell you they are 30 minutes out and their ETA and excellent service and maintenance check. Jason is our guy . We want to get him as our guy every time please!

Tom Tremblay and partner were awesome guys. They came out and replaced my a/c. They were very professional, friendly and got the job finished in a fast timely manner. I would highly recommend. He told me he was going to get my a/c up and running in no time and he did! This is the best my a/c has felt since buying my home.

Be very cautious before hiring this HVAC company. In my experience, they charged far more than the original quote and kept adding “extra repairs” that didn’t make sense. After their visit, I noticed new issues that weren’t there before — almost as if things were intentionally damaged to justify more charges.

When I asked for explanations, they became defensive and tried to upsell even more unnecessary work. I ended up getting a second opinion from another licensed HVAC technician who confirmed several of the “problems” they mentioned weren’t real.

Save yourself the frustration — do your research and get multiple quotes before agreeing to anything with this company.

Thank you Cool Zone for the excellent service. Byron did a great job. He was friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. My air conditioner stopped working at 4 pm and my unit was fixed that same evening.

Justin arrived on-time and was professional and expedient in his servicing of my AC. I highly recommend Cool-Zone AC!
