Steven was great. He was professional and eay to work with. Checked everything and provided a review of all pictures taken of our plumbing. He covered any issues found in detail and was able to prioritize what needed to be addressed. A great rep for Howard Air.

CJ and the whole Howard team was the best! My AC system failed and Cody came on a Monday, and Tuesday, CJ and this team meticulously replaced an entire system - in the attic and the compressor. They left my home in clean and sent a drywall repair person on Wed since the old unit in the attic was too large to fit through the opening. There is no one better! I appreciate the service, follow-up and attention to detail. I am switching my service contracts to Howard including plumbing. They are the very best! My house cools perfectly with no warm spots. Highly recommend!

Alin was terrific. He was professional, respectful and very obviously knew HVAC systems. He explained everything he was doing and showed me the problems my system might run into in the future. He even advocated for me with his boss, negotiating a future job that was required. Based on this first experience with Howard Air as represented by their tech, Alin, I would highly recommend their service.

Hayden was a great technician! He was on time and did a thorough check of my unit. He was able to figure out my issue and determined a new thermostat was needed. From there he performed my maintenance and made sure everything else was in good working order. He also let me know about indoor air quality solutions for my allergies and financing options should it be something I want to do in the future. He was not super saley and just informed me of my options. I'm grateful for Howard employees like Hayden!

12 years owning a home in Phoenix, always used Howard to maintain my two Trane systems. This week was my 3rd complete unit install (replacing 11 year old 1st unit)

The crew, Eric & Alexis, showed up on time and left the house clean. They were friendly and I enjoyed hearing thier laughter as they worked. I know there are "cheaper" companies out there but I believe you get what you pay for.

We have used Howard Air for years for AC maintenance, and our AC went out and was caught during routine checks. We had to get a new system but the techs Darnell and Kaleb were extremely professional during the new install. They took time to show me and educate me on the new system and their process. Would highly recommend this team and Howard Air.

Casey has been coming to our house for 3 years now. Our system is very complex. 3x 5 ton units. He knows it like his own. We treat him like family. He goes through and explains everything to you. The preventive maintenance warranty is the best in the industry.

Darnell and Caleb were the two technicians who installed our new Trane unit from Howard Air. From start to finish they were proficient, respectful, patient in explaining new thermostat and even assisted me in getting the app on my phone to interface with the thermostat. I can only express pleasure at meeting both of them. They listened as my husband and I voiced our concerns and addressed all of them. We are very pleased with the service we get from Howard air and have used their services for more than 12 years. Thanks again!!!

We have had experiences with other a/c companies but Howard Air is great. And what makes them great are employees like Micah, who was our tech today. He was knowledgeable, personable and great customer service. We want Micah noted in our account that we will always want him as our tech. He made this appointment very enjoyable.

I recently had my HVAC replaced by Howard Air. SCOTT came first to evaluate the units and provide me with an estimate. He was very professional explained everything to me in a courteous way and provided me with a written estimate. He arranged to have the work done the next day at a discounted price. The next day CJ and Evan showed up bright and early in the morning as they had promised. They worked very efficiently. they put down tarps to catch any debris. Then- washed and vacuumed all of the areas before they left to leave my home very clean. They set up the smart thermostat and provided ample instructions. I am very pleased with their work and strongly. Recommend HOWARD AIR.

Thank you to Cody and Jason for your great work on my install of my new two stage Trane 5 Ton split air conditioner. You guys showed up at 0700 ready to work. Finished up by 1630 after going over the new smart thermostat and answering a few questions. Your work in the attic is super clean and tidy. Thank you for reinstalling my air scrubber into my new duct work.

Have used Henry for over 10 years, and have always been very pleased with his work. Always prompt, pleasant, very smart, and has reasonable rates. Never looks to do un-needed work. Highly recommend Mid Temp.

They were fast , courteous and affordable . I rent out my condo and I didn’t want my tenant to suffer the AZ heat unnecessarily. Delta was able to inspect , instdl and finance. Tenant was very happy with the service

The Delta Team has been wonderful to work with! Last year, I needed a new HVAC unit. They were by far the best price and their service was impeccable. I’ve signed up for the service plan and have used their help a couple of times using the plan and for regular preventative maintenance. This past Friday, they were life savers! I had used a handy man to do what was supposed to be a simple job. Boy was I wrong! I should have used Delta. The handy men messed up and I had to make an emergency call to Delta. They came out fast and helped resolve the issue. THANK YOU!!!! I would have been lost without your help.

Silvestre of Delta Home Services came over yesterday to diagnose our A/C issue and again today to finalize repairs. He was clean, professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Very pleasant to speak with - he showed us pictures of the problems and clearly explained what happened, what was needed, what our options were.
This was our first time with Delta Home Services. We appreciate their high level of communication and care. I would absolutely call them again for future needs.

New review Sept 10, 2025: this is for an AC check up. Delta services is very good. I can recommend them. My service tech was Justin. Very pleasant and punctual.

Bryan scheduled me with a preventative maintenance visit within 2 days of call. Their tech guy named Sosa came out and performed the maintenance. He was very professional and polite, would definitely recommend Delta Home Services.

Delta services and Bryan Monreal provided excellent service. They confirmed the appointment time and showed up on time. They were very friendly and actually assisted us to move some items that was not their responsibility. The site was kept clean and they were always cognizant of our 2 dogs. The job was completed prior to their estimated timeframe. We received a follow up call/text the next day. I highly recommend their services and will spread the word.
