I had my bi- yearly service done on my heating and cooling system today. As always they were efficient and kind. I would like to give a shout out to “Cody”. He was really professional and kind. In today’s crazy world we have unfortunately become skeptical allowing people into our homes. I felt comfortable and safe. Thank you, Cody!!

What a great experience! My fan motor went out and 3 hours later I have air again. The tech was awesome! Will definitely be my go to A/C company.

Delta did a great job with the install, including someone coming back to the house to replace the wood work leading to the attic. Great prices, that did not change from the estimate. Highly recommend Delta, especially over the over-priced competition.

I've been happy using Delta Home Services for air conditioning for several years and today was a for plumbing service to install a new kitchen faucet. The office staff as well as the technical staff is friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The only 'problem' I had was having to be rescheduled and/or wait for the arrival of the technician due to his busy schedule. But once here it was a breeze! I'm a happy customer!

Our AC went out on a Friday morning, so we had an AC repair company come out. They confirmed our worst fear; the AC needed over $1000 in repairs for a 35-year-old AC. That company said it would take $9K and four weeks to get a new one, and they said everyone was in the same situation. We called a few others and heard the same answer. Then a Facebook ad popped up from Delta Home Services with an online form. What could it hurt? The online quote was $2K less, and they had what we needed in stock. Within 10 minutes, I had a phone call and an appointment to confirm everything for Mon. They agreed to schedule the installation and a crane (see photo) for Tue. Within four days, we had cold air once again. Jason and Dillion and their teams were incredible and punctual. There was a change in the AC brand from what we thought. It was a RunTru which is a Trane brand, so no complaint. Highly recommend!

I couldn't be more pleased and satisfied with the the customer service, starting with Curtis and his patience with me and all my questions and having a new heat pump installed the following morning! Travis and his team were wonderful and thorough with the install. I'm very happy with the entire experience .The new unit is fabulous and quiet! Thank you Delta for a thoroughly professional experience. I'd like to add Dave to this review as he has been the person checking on my unit and ensuring everything is in proper working condition, he is very thorough and so very kind.

I got to work with Silvester Sosa and he was incredible! He was able to come out on VERY short notice and within 48 hours of his first visit, my entire A/C unit was replaced. Now I can sleep and relax comfortably again. Thank you, Silvester!!

David from Delta came out and check my unit and gave me all my options and pricing. He was very patient and answered all my questions. Great customer service. A week later Brandon and Jovani came to install the unit. Very professional and respectful of the property and did a great job. I would recommend Delta Homes Services. Very easy and pleasant to work with.

I can't say enough good things about Delta Home Services! After mentioning to my doctor that I was struggling to find reliable plumbers and electricians, he recommended them to me. Since then, they've replaced both of my AC units, installed an EV charger, and repaired several plumbing issues. The team is professional, efficient, and a pleasure to work with. We had a great experience with Delta air during our recent Ac installation. From start to finish it was a 5 star service. Price point Delta air is very reasonable and honest and upfront with pricing. Sylvester is very knowledgeable in explaining the different products. The team was very efficient, on time, and respectful to the leave the property clean after the installation. These guys are the best! Control board went out on my 3 year old Ruud they installed (great job on that too), under manufacturer warranty, out of stock from any supplier in AZ! Backorder till September!

Delta did not give up! They searched nationwide for 2 days and found one in Georgia! Overnighted it, installed, and system back up and blowing ice cubes!!🥶

I appreciate that they continued looking and did not leave me hanging in the AZ heat!

Scott installed a new hot water heater. He was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. A Great Experience!

Booked diagnosis and got bid online. Guy came out and acted disinterested played with thermostat for a bit then asked if i wanted him to get on roof to inspect unit explaining i would have to pay$100 unless i booked install and my price was going to go up $4000 from quote online because it was a package unit not a split, that's maybe a couple hundred difference. He goes up on roof after i say i have no problem with the $100. He comes back tells me wires are wrong using ethnic slur and I'm low on coolant i need 3 lbs of coolant at $500 a pound but he can't get it. Tells me he'll have to open walls and roof to replace wires because they are probably bad in walls. I ask for a estimate and he says he will email it and I'm still waiting. He treated me like i was interrupting his day and i was not worthy of his time . Hopefully he was just bad employee having a bad day but he scared me away from company.
Update: Company contacted me by phone asking what they could do to get me to change my review explaining they did a "repair" for free while here. The repair they did was jumped the reverse wires on unit so it would run in cool only so they contended they got unit running so I should be happy. It wasn't a repair it was a stop gap rigging of the system I asked why they didn't send a diagnostics report and they offered to send one now. I asked why price went up $4000 when switching to package from split, the story was they quoted "budget" system online but gave me price for high dollar Trane system while here. I asked where it is written in bid that explains that, and why wasn't budget system offered on site? Circled back to why I should be happy I got "repair" for free. I asked why wires weren't fixed correctly rather than sell me a story about tearing out ceiling roof and upstairs unit to run a tstat wire, knowing that they can run fish tape to replace wires, again circled back to how they repaired unit because it is running now and it wasn't when they came out. I explained to them again that I wasn't complaining about the repair I gave a review from a link the company sent me and I gave an honest assessment of poor customer service, no bid was sent, no diagnostic report was sent, they weren't able or willing to make true fixes needed because the unit is too old. The tech knew I wasn't going to buy his bait and switch pricing so he was just trying to get out of here. If good reviews are what they are after, I suggest not to bait and switch, do what you say you will do, don't do half ass fixes and look for kudos afterwards and don't beg to have review to be changed after the fact

Delta service today was timely. The tech was friendly and helpful. They were servicing my HVAC.

Our AC stopped working properly so with temperatures above 110 we were quite worried : we called Delta and within 2 hours Marcus was at our door. Before his arrival, we received texts alerting us of his arrival and he even called us.
Very polite and efficient, Marcus found the sources of the issues on both our units and fixed the problems quickly.
It was such a relief for us. When in need, call Delta!!!

I was astonished as to Brian and George’s professionalism and pride in their work. They got to and finished the installation in a very short time. If I could give them and the company more stars, I would.

This is one of the best services I work with. Always on time, great communication, very reasonable. Always give my recommendation to delta.
Edit: to those comments that are 1 star, I don’t know what company you’re referring to. There is in no way those reviews reflect Delta. My wife and I have been doing extensive upgrades to our home, and Delta by far has been the best to work with. Courteous, professional, friendly, and prompt are just a few adjectives to describe their superior service compared to other companies. We are so very happy with everything they have done for us.

(For Pool Electrical Repair ) I had a Great Experience with Delta Home Services. Carlos the manager was very involved in the process from the beginning to end to oversee that the description of the job needed and the quote were handled very well and carefully and all the way thru til the completion of the job. They were patient w customer details and custom ideas and adjustments to discuss and agree on. They were excellent with customer service and calls back in a timely manner :) Their pricing was very good and fair. They were very clean and organized abt the job and left the property looking great with a great repair done even though it was totally a custom project. So Thank you to Carlos and to Robert the Electrician and his colleague Rafael for a very good quality job well done :) I would recommend them to anyone. They were professional at all times and also down to earth and a pleasure to work with :)
