These guys came out to fix an AC issue through American Home Warranty. What a surprise, usually Home Warranty Companies get a bad reputation. But they did an amazing job!

Literally recommend them to everyone. We’ve replaced our AC with them on our guesthouse and now replacing our main house. They always show up and are super nice.

I highly recommend Above Par. They came out the same day and fixed the AC quickly. Clay has a great team including Mark who was very knowledgeable and nice!!

Above par did an awesome job on repairing my air condition. They were patient and professional. Took their time to make sure everything was done right. I was working with Clay the owner and that was a surprise to actually have the owner doing the work.

We had our landlord call out this company to take a look at the ac unit, which was not running efficiently. Rico showed up on time and was incredibly helpful and explained to us how everything worked and what repairs were made. He was very friendly and great to work with, even answering my two year old’s silly questions. Would absolutely recommend this company to anyone.

Rigo and his team did an awesome job fixing my house’s air conditioning zoning 👍🏻 very professional people that really know their stuff and take pride in their work. Clay and Rigo got it done! They found time to come out quickly and diagnosed the problem as a faulty compressor. Even though the unit was older, they were able to find the original replacement part. Now installed, also new capacitor and coolant in line filter and we are up and running again! Cooling seems better than ever. Good guys to work with too!

Mark was a little late. I only mention that because he called to let us know. That was very much appreciated and showed professionalism. He asked questions, examined our AC units and diagnosed the problem in just a few minutes. Then made the repair in no time and explained what he did. Even though this was covered under our home warranty, the price was reasonable. Thanks to our experience with Mark, I highly recommend this company.

My a/c unit decided that after 26 years it was time to call it quits. Last week I called my home warranty service Select Home Warranty, they sent Above Par out. Above Par responded almost immediately ( in 3 hours). Found a freon leak and attempted to repair the leak. It held for about 8 days and yesterday 8/7 it blew again. I was told that it could happen due to the age of the unit. The home warranty company was of no help, actually they were complete A---holes.

I called Above Par myself and Clay had Mark out to my home within an hour. Mark and I discussed option and I decided to replace the entire unit. Clay the owner/manager came up with a very competitive plan and told me he would be back the next day to install the new unit. Shockingly and in a pleasant manner his crew showed up at my home before noon. Mark and Rigo explained what they were going to do and the set about removing the old unit. A few hours later Clay arrived with the new unit and they installed it for me.

All in all they were very professional and did in my estimation a great job. Thank you to the entire crew for getting my home back to normal temps. You did a GREAT JOB!!

Above Par is the perfect name! Clay at the office who took my phone call and Mark the technician who came out to my home. Both truly went above and beyond to help me get my AC up and working fast. I had a previously scheduled appointment for Sears to come out.I thought since they are such a reputable name I went with them first. They lied and no showed on me! I was mad at the time but now, I'm so glad they did, because I know what company I'll be using from now on! Do not use Sears! Call Above Par! Great customer service & they get the job done fast! Knights of the Attic, are undoubtedly the best in the business. Unlike other companies, who overcharge, don't show up, and leave you with a problem only half fixed...Knights of the Attic make sure to get you right the first time, leaving your home, as they did mine, cleaner, more efficient, and in better shape than ever before! I could not recommend them enough! The extreme attention to detail and time taken at my house, along with all their patience and extensive knowledge really shines through. These guys know what they are doing through and through. You can tell the passion is there, and every single person I've interacted with at this company has always been more than friendly and at the top of their game. They do not rest until they have found your problem, if there is one, and can offer a solution to not only fix it, but better it. Particularly, I've yet to find an HVAC company who has especially paid so much attention to the ducting and attic, as much as Knights of the Attic have, which I am grateful for, as it seems that is where many of the core problems arise. Daniel and his team’s approach to efficient heating and cooling just makes so much sense. They see the big picture of air flow and energy in any space and gets down to the true root of the problem rather than putting a bandaid on it. Hard to look forward to summers as an Arizonan, but I feel better about this one knowing Knights in the Attic is here to make things (and keep them) cool!

I am so excited to experience a home this cool and comfortable. I didn’t think this was possible even after getting a new air conditioner. Knights of the Attic is the only company in Arizona that fixes the root problem - poor ducting systems and poor attics. The amount of homes suffering from this in Arizona have to be endless. Homeowners need to know that replacing air conditioners only does so much for your home. My home has never been this comfortable before. I highly recommend calling Knights of the Attic to address all your comfort issues!

I had my ductwork sealed. The estimators/ energy auditors and installers were all punctual and courteous. It was clear that they had extensive knowledge and experience, and they explained the process in terms that were easy to understand. They followed up to see if I had any questions and I scheduled the ductwork sealing. They worked efficiently and expertly. The process was relatively quiet and they conscientiously cleaned up really well when they left.

They discovered that I had significant leakage in the ducts. They provided me with the pre- and post- sealing information to compare their work results so their service was backed by data and measurable results. It was incredible to see how much more efficiently the air conditioning units were running after the ducts were sealed. In addition, now you can't even hear when the units are running. With the sealant, there are no air leaks which make more noise than you realize!
