What a great experience. I would give Sam 10 stars if I could. Excellent communication. Smart, kind and very efficient. He vacuumed after every part of the process. He was cautious and skilled. Found numerous clogs and cleaned the whole system. Use this company. You won’t regret it.

Sam obviously knows his job and how to do it. He is personable and customer oriented, a trait you don't see every day these days. He did not use pressure or scare tactics to upsell. You should do what you can to keep that guy around! I would recommend your company any day.

Dryer vent clean out was done very neatly. Couldn’t have asked for anything better, easily and professionally taken care of.

Sam showed up within the pre-booked times window. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and had a real "Can do" attitude. He did a great job, and showed me the before and after pictures of our vent and how much lint was sucked out.

We unexpectedly needed a new dryer vent installed. We were referred to Dryer Vent Pros by Newman‘s Chimney (Another great vendor.). DVP was understanding of my need for urgency and gratefully had an estimator in my area that afternoon. Sam came by and gave me an estimate verbally. I also received a professionally done estimate via email. I accepted the estimate and had a contract all conveniently on my email. We scheduled the work and I coordinated with my roofer. Sam showed up on time and was absolutely efficient and pleasant. The work was all done within five days of my first call, which I’m sure is not usual but I was so grateful for the timing. I would definitely recommend these guys. It’s unusual to find contractors who are such good communicators and have such professional documentation. thank you!

Sam was very informative, kind and did a great job clearing out of dryer vent. Although the cleaning did not fix my dryer issue (which was a heating appliance problem that was out of their expertise), he did share that possibility with me before starting the cleaning and asked if I still wanted the service done - which I did!! Sam from Dryer Vent Pros was very curtious, pleasant, and professional. He inspected our whole dryer vent line from the roof to the dryer connections. At the roof the vent was clogged with lint and was able to clean it out. He also made a suggestion to eventually replace the vent line with a smooth one to prevent the lint to not stick to the sides. That is our next job to have done by Dryer Vent Pros.

Absolutely wonderful! Our dryer was heating up but not drying. Great communication and a delightful, knowledgeable tech. I believe his name was Sam but unfortunately it’s not on the invoice. He took the time to explain everything he saw, with photos, what was typical, unusual and a fire hazard. He found that we had a screen on the roof at the vent outlet that was restricting airflow. He remove the screen (which is not legal to have on a dryer vent) and blew the vent clear. Was fast, efficient and friendly. We highly recommend their services.

Sam is a hard-working young man and very good at communicating the condition of the dryer vents and knowledgeable in his field. Definitely higher Dryer Vent Pros for your event Cleaning needs. He has taught us that it is very important as dryers are one of the main reasons for house fires.

Ryan cleaned out my dryer vents. He did a fantastic job and was very courteous and thorough. He explained in detail what he did and what to do to keep the dryer vent clean and doing its job as expected.

After coming to the realization that my dryer vent was clogged and I’m looking at a potential fire hazard. I reached out to these guys immediately. I received a text within 20-30 minutes and this was at 8 o’clock at night. Already in contact with me letting me know they’re gonna call me in the morning to help schedule. Spoke with the team this morning and scheduling was great. The availability was kind of far out just because of the work that they offer and I understood and I accepted that. However, he let me know that he’s gonna put me on an emergency list due to the severity of the issue. Within five hours, I got a call from Sam. The technician who was available. He came out within 30 minutes cleared out the entire dryer vent now the dryer is running better than ever and I could not recommend these guys more.
