Because I didn't have an ROC #, they would not sell to me. They stated it is a safety issue but the truth is I can buy all kinds of unsafe things at home Depot or Kawasaki. It is an industry thing and a money thing.

It's whole sale only. You need a license and from the hassle the guy gave me about buying from them. You need an account too or know someone with one. I've been buying from them for 12 years and this has been the first time I was ever told I couldn't get something unless i had an account. It was a joke. Was paying for the parts. Counter guy was just doing what he's told. First time in that store too. I normally go to the one on 7th Street. I'm legal have the proper licenses , licensed contractor as well. Poor guy looked like he was going to pee his pants. I'm 3" shy of 7' tall. I got a bit too mad at him. It worked out in the end. Used my friends account.

Picked up some specialty 20x25x5 filters & a couple 20x20x1 filters for a customer of ours.
Dominic & Erik were very helpful with our order and were kind enough to carry the filters to my vehicle for me. They offered me water, coffee etc which was so nice. Grabbed a water, this is Phx, must stay hydrated.

Big City Mechanical came out to do a tuneup on my AC before summer hits. Issac found part of our unit was wired incorrectly and was able to get that fixed on the spot. Glad he discovered that fire hazard! They also cleaned the coils on the AC unit and man what a difference the AC blows harder and cooler now. Great Service!
