I would leave less than one star if it was possible- rude office staff, they give a date and time frame for when they are going to show up- and then they miss their appointments- then they never call to follow up with you! It is understandable that things come up and rescheduling has to happen sometimes- however when there is no communication and they just never show up- that is a HUGE problem! -and its been my huge problem on 3 separate occasions now- i've never tried so had to throw money at a company in my life- safe to say that i have hired a new company at this point, and i will NEVER be calling this company again!!!

Friendly honest staff. It should be noted on here that they are wholesale only and you have to be a contractor/have an account with them to purchase parts.

Chad and Terrell are awesome and Super helpful. Any questions about a specific product? Just ask they are very knowledgeable. If they don't know they will find out. Shout out to Wade he does a great job as well. Shelves are stocked (as much as possible during this shortage time) always a clean store.

One of the best HVAC supply houses in the valley. Easy to use the app to order and always able to get ahold of someone. The counter guys are always helpful and friendly (shout out to Chad & Terrel for always holding it down). They actually appreciate your business and treat you like it unlike many other suppliers. Hello, this place is not for the HVAC service company. I’ve been a customer for 20 years, they refused to sell me R454b. Said I had to buy a leaking Goodman unit before they would sell a jug of R454b. I just needed to juice, they said no. It’s company policy to only sell the refrigerant if I bought a a leaking unit. Sorry you lost a customer. United Refrigeration didn’t have a problem selling it. FYI they have plenty of juice. Bye Ferguson.
