I have relied on Four Seasons to handle all of my HVAC needs, since basically the founding of the company. From complete "new home" system design & install to emergency repairs they've always been there for me, my friends, and relatives.Their company has grown, but the level of customer service has never wavered! It truly is like calling an "old friend" when I need something done. Thank you, Kevin and Jess for taking the "sweat" out of a broken AC unit!

Great family owned company. Everyone from the dispatcher to the techs were very friendly and knowledgeable. They were able to assist me in a timely manner while keeping prices very reasonable. I will definitely recommend them to family and friends.

From my initial call speaking with Roxanna to having Jorge out, every expectation was exceeded. Top notch customer service and service. Our issue is fixed and we have found our heating and cooling company for life!

I have used Four Seasons for the past 3 years. They are truly the best AC company out there. The communication is exceptional from there dispatch. Tech was very professional and knowledgeable, takes time to explain findings and how they are going to proceed.

Amazing service! Reliant, professional and prompt with great customer service. Jessica was truly outstanding and went out of her way to help us when our heating went out during the Holiday. We have used their services for several years and they have assisted us with everything needed to maintain a home in Az. We are only here in the winter months and they are totally in charge of our home while we are away. Our experiences with Jessica and Kevin have been the best. They have gone out of their way to accommodate all of our requests even dropping off our car at the Scottsdale airport and returning the car to our home upon our departure. Called Four Seasons for an estimate after another AC service quoted for a major repair. Four Seasons offered a free second opinion. On the visit, Chris from Four Seasons went up to the attic and said nothing major appeared out of order, and still offered to do a minor adjustment free of charge. I am used to high pressure sales tactics. This was a pleasant surprise. This is how you build customer trust. He did say there is a chance I may need a repair in the future and offered to send me an estimate. Great service. I'll definitely call if I need AC service in the future.

The team at Four Seasons is awesome! The owners are always available when you need them and have questions, they also extremely knowledgeable within the industry. The Engineer Chris is fantastic, he is extremely knowledgeable and provides excellent customer service as well. I have used their services several times and is pretty much my go to spot when needing anything HVAC related.

I called Four Seasons for the first time when my AC unit went down during the summer. They were so pleasant and understanding. They sent Jorge G out that same day and had my AC working in no time. He was so nice and professional. He was able to explain everything to me to where I could understand. Yesterday, I had Chris G out to maintain my unit for the winter and he was also so professional and friendly. I would recommend this company to everyone! They are wonderful, from the office staff to the technicians. Thank you!

Driver for this company was driving recklessly and cutting people off. He cut us off and then brake checked before speeding off.

While passing the guy was yelling and screaming something trying to threaten us. The genius doesn’t realize sound won’t go through his glass and ours!

Four Seasons did a fantastic job replacing our AC unit and furnace. The team was professional, on time, and explained everything clearly throughout the process. The installation was smooth, and they left the area clean when they were finished. Our system is running great, and we really appreciate their quality work and excellent customer service.
