Went above and beyond the expectations of what was required. I could tell the technician was doing what he loved to do. Knowledgeable, professional, and with great attention to details.

They told us it was an issue with a filter not being changed (completely wrong). Had them come out again and then realized we had a leak. They apparently re-connected a hose that had leaked. Air worked for 2-3 weeks and then stopped. They came out again at which time they apparently looked at both units (replaced the thermostat???). Couldn't find a problem with the original unit (in the end they had re-connected the hosing wrong per a follow up company and was a simple fix). Of note, we started having serious issues with the 2nd unit. Another HVAC service came out and apparently found they connected the TXU sensing bulb to the liquid line instead of the intake and actually destroyed the compressor.

Summary---couldn't find an issue--sort of fixed it but actually messed it up more. THEN actually came out and destroyed the compressor on the 2nd unit (intentional??? incompetent?? take your pick)

Laron is the best in the biz. Used him multiple times. Always thorough, quality work, and honest about what needs to be done. Will never use anyone else!

Subbed out by Old Republic Home Warranty. Came a few days later and identified the issue quickly. Made the repairs in a timely manner. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and I would recommend them for any HVAC repairs.

LaRon stopped by my house to install a condenser located outside. He was very professional. Being a senior we always appreciate someone treating us kindly and he did that. As long as you have people like LaRon working for you we will always continue to use Teflon Heating and Cooling.

My ac went out and called my home warranty company and was waiting for a fight to have them cover anything, something for the repair. My home warranty company sent out LaRon from Teflon cooling and heating. He said the whole unit was done and needed to be replaced. I said to myself, here comes the fighting with my home warranty company!! LaRon submited his evaluation and report to my home warranty on Friday evening. On Saturday morning i got an email from my warranty company saying my cousin was APPROVED!! No push back from them and best of all no fighting with the warranty company!! LaRon and his crew on Wednesday morning at the time he said they would be here and started the install on a warm Phoenix morning. They finished up about 2pm, so about s total of 6 his installing. They cleaned up after themselves and left my house in tact lol and most of all, i had nice cold air blowing!! I will refer Teflon cooling and heating and LaRon to anyone who needs AC services!!! Thank you so much LaRon and your crew and Teflon air and cooling for your professionalism, courtesy, install and for getting my home warranty to pay for the whole ac replacement.

Our heater stopped working. Our home warranty company scheduled for the next day with Teflon but then Teflon called and got us in the same day. LaRon was professional and informative when fixing our heater. He took pictures of what was broken and how he fixed it and showed me as he told me what was wrong. He quickly got it fixed and working.

service was great. Crew came in and removed old units from attic and outside . they instled nes equipment, tested it and cleaned up. 5 hrs total.

I had a great experience with Teflon Heating and Cooling and would definitely use them again. LaRon went above and beyond any other HVAC tech that I have used in the past. Not only was he on time and thorough, he took the time to explain the issues and resolutions and went out of his way to clean multiple filters and keep the house clean. I have referred him to family and my realtor and have asked to be placed on an annual schedule for maintenance.

Exceptional service from Teflon Heating and Cooling! Their technician, Laron, was the epitome of professionalism. He arrived promptly as scheduled and was incredibly responsive to all our concerns. Laron efficiently added Freon, cleared a blocked drain, and cleaned the coils. He also took the time to inspect our system thoroughly, ensuring our cooling was back under 60 degrees. A/C went out Friday at 430. I called Teflon and even though they had a booked schedule they squeezed me in the following morning. After a miserable night of 88 degrees they came to the rescue early the next day. The technician was quick and knowledgeable. I really appreciate this company and I believe you will too.

Full story: Originally gave a bad review because the install wasn’t done 100% properly - there was a piece they forgot to switch out , so once it got really hot, the unit was unable to keep up. And then when I originally contacted the company, I was met with a “sorry, contact the home warranty You went through” (to be fair, that company was a mess). As soon as the owner heard of the issues though, he personally reached out to see what was wrong, and upon checking everything out, realized the mistake and quickly came over and fixed it up!

Even though their arrival was much later than expected, LaRon kept in touch fairly well. He and Walter were professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend this company and these technicians.

Ronnie R and his partner from Teflon H & C came the same day they were called. They quickly found our AC problem and got us back and cooling in no time. Thankfully we will be able to sleep in comfort tonight. Many thanks for their prompt service and 5 star performance.

Thank you Ronnie for coming to our rescue on your day off. Our AC unit stopped working on Saturday afternoon and it’s been brutal for the past two days. Spoke to 2 other companies this morning that wouldn’t come out today (terrible customer service) . My home warranty company then referred us to Teflon Heating and Cooling (third time is the charm). Excellent customer service and very understanding of our dire need for an appointment TODAY!!! She kept me updated from the moment she booked the appointment and when technician was on his way to our home.

LaRon Fitch came out to fix my air conditioner he was great. He did a very thorough job. He explained everything to me, he was knowledgeable polite and provided the best service. It’s hard to find people in the service industry that truly cares about their customers. I’ve had even called me back to follow up. Excellent service I will definitely be recommending him to others.
