CMK Heating & Cooling is an amazing company! They were very knowledgeable and professional. They are the definition of quality work. My AC is running better than every after they came and replaced my old unit. I highly recommend their services.

After two other AC contractors worked on my units and made a complete disaster leaks inside the walls wrong sized condensate pans shoddy craftsmanship left materials and trash in the attic gaps left between the equipment and ductwork Chris Krahn (CMK HEATING AND COOLING) and team installed two AC units and in attic coils. Very professional, great quality and clean, first time I’ve ever had a company put plastic down and cleaned up when they finished. I highly recommend CMK and will have them back for all of my AC needs, thank you Chris

Where do I start…overall amazing experience starting with me calling at 6:30am with my AC Out. They didn’t have any appointments available so I said I would keep looking. I believe I was talking to the owner and he said he could make it happen for the last appointment of the day but it maybe after 4:00pm. Jonathan got to my house at 4:45 and worked till 7:15. Jonathan never had time for his lunch due to being so busy. He got our AC working the same day. I am grateful to Jonathan and CMK for keeping us cool, being professional and being fair on the price!

This was my second time utilizing the services of CMK Heating and Cooling. The technician, Conner, was on time, professional, and answered all my questions. I felt the services provided were done correctly and the information/explanation was good. The customer service was above and beyond. Very reasonable prices and I would recommend them for all your heating and cooling needs. Also, as a minor note, but worth mentioning the window of arrival was 1 hour and the technician arrived at the start of that vs others with 2-4 hour windows. It was very convenient.

No good company

AC was blowing hot air, they quickly discovered that freon was leaking and got everything patched up and working again!

I originally called them to repair my AC. WHEN THEY WERE UNABLE TO REPAIR THE OLD ONE THEY ARRANGED TO GET ME A NEW ONE. SINCE IT WAS A WEEKEND AND NOTHING COULD BE DONE UNTIL TUESDAY. THEY BROUGHT ME A LARGE SWAMP COOLER FOR THE WEEKEND 😊😄😄

Stood me up twice leaving me without AC in 100+ weather. After multiple calls and messages I finally gave up and called someone else.

Ac went out, called them up and Curt came right out. He literally diagnosed it within 5 minutes of being on the roof. Told me what needed to be done and broke down the cost. Finished within just an hour and i was up and running again! Thanks guys!
