I would recommend this company for your HVAC maintenance and installation of a new unit. The price very good for everything we asked them to do. Excellent customer service and installation.

Great family owned business that helped me and my family out with our ac installation. They were really quick with the installation and was able to get ac running again in my home! Would highly recommend if you want your Ac fixed or replaced!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They are inept, try to up sell and said I needed a new blower, when in fact they looked at the wrong furnace. They charged me $520.75 (put in 2 parts-one wired wrong) and said I needed a new unit. Cost would be $9k. Would return with another part to make it work. I told him I wanted a 2nd opinion. Someone else came out immediately and had it working within 5 minutes. It’s been working great ever since. They offered to come back, remove parts, refund money and then reneged. Worst company I’ve ever dealt with and the 4 people I spoke with tried to cover for each other! Stay away people!! I have paperwork to back up everything I’ve said.

They (Justin and Joey) gave me a recommendation for my AC unit that was going to cost $6000. They pressured me into buying it and spoke down to me, assuming I knew nothing about my unit. Even when I called them, they consistently confused me with a different customer. Upon a second opinion, I got it fixed for 15% of the original cost, and it was a completely different issue than they suggested. My AC unit now works, and they would have made me $6K in the hole. THEY USE THE WORDS “TRUST ME” AND “HONEST” DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE

Updating my 6/15 review of one star. The company called and showed interest in my bad experience and wanted to make it a good one. A different technician came out the very next morning and spent the time to go over my AC unit the way it should have been done in the first place. I appreciated them going the extra mile for me and turning my experience around. I ended up purchasing a 3 year maintenance contract with them.

Justin was great to work with. He diagnosed the issue immediately and next day had the part needed to do the repair. Heather called me to schedule the follow up visit at my earliest convenience.

Justin was prompt for both visits and worked very efficiently. He ensured the system was working fully prior to leaving.

I will be using Arizona Climate Control for all my HVAC needs going forward.

They determined the original builder had installed a unit too small for the size of the house. They corrected this with A quiet, commercial type unit which is efficient and meets their explanations and our expectations. The young man’s work was consistent, timely, and he cleaned up after each segment of work. He provided follow up every 6 months. We highly suggest this company foot repair or replacement of air conditioning units!

I have been waiting since Oct 2025for them to come fix my AC unit .They have scheduled 3 appointments and never showed up. I try to call and everything goes to voice mail. They put the unit in brand new in 9-2024 .I am a 78 year old disabled Viet Nam vetern .

Absolutely unacceptable experience with AZ Climate Control. I scheduled an appointment during a dangerous 116-degree heatwave, and they never showed up. When I called to ask what was going on, Josh said someone would call me back, but no one ever did. Now they’re not even answering the phone. This kind of negligence isn’t just poor service, it’s downright dangerous. In this kind of heat, being left without AC isn't an inconvenience, it’s a serious health risk. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. Completely unreliable and unprofessional.

Total Heating & Cooling Mechanical replaced the HVAC system on two of our residential properties. First was split system heat pump , second split system gas pack with attic mechanical install. The process from initial diagnosis, pricing, timeline, install and final invoicing was completely professional. As a retired contractor myself, that is number one. Once A wise man told me it is not always about the name brand of the manufactured equipment. Its always about the expertise of the technicians installing the the HVAC system correctly. That is what you can expect from Total Heating & Cooling Mechanical Tech Team.
