What a great company. Great service and great employees. Showed up on time, got the work done and the prices were great. I would definitely recommend First Class AC to others and would definitely use again.

I previously had this company install my brand new AC and they did a great job so I reached back out to them when I needed to have duct work done. It should have been a simple job. I just needed to have one flex duct replaced and they couldn't provide me with a quote. Over the past week and a half, I made numerous phone calls and sent multiple emails and kept getting told they would like someone else know and they would reach back out to me. I still haven't received a phone call, text message or email from them.

They came out promptly and were able to get the power back on. The master bedroom continues to get warm and cannot keep cool. After two trips they still were not able to figure out how to fix it

First time using them- awesome people!

I awakened in the middle of the night to find my AC had quit working not good in Arizona where the average temperature is 114 to 118 every day. I found CMK heating and cooling on Angie’s list and decided that I would look up their number and give them a call I spoke with Chris the owner who was attentive and helpful. He assigned Isaac to my appointment and said that he would be there between 10 and 12 (which he was.) He was very professional, informative looked to be very knowledgeable about what he was here to do.
He explained everything to me as he did it.
He’d shown up at 10:30 and by 1230 the air-conditioning was going good. He’d gotten the price and location of the part within 15 minutes of getting here. He left promptly and came back within 20 minutes with the part and had it in in 15 min. I was very pleased with the promptness from beginning to end. Thank you Isaac and Chris! You guys are COOL in my book!

The team over at CMK did a great job. Working from home my office has always gotten brutally hot during the day (lots of monitors and clipping over 90degF at some points). Chris was able to come over and explain how the duct system was set up and multiple solutions to choose from. His team was on time and finished the job in quick timing (arrived at 5:30am and finished before I had to start work at 8). Now my office feels a drastic change and improved airflow with the rest of the house.
