The guy that comes to our clinic is nice, works hard and friendly. The company reaches out frequently to check on how things are going and if there is any dissatisfaction. I am happy with them!

Open Works like many other industries has struggled to find reliable and efficient staff. We have nightly service at our childcare center, while not perfect, I do feel they try their best. When we have had issues with the quality of our service, the two supervisors came out and did a formal walk through. Our current cleaner is good and dependable.

Make sure to look this company up on Better Business Bureau. This company does not even deserve one star. They have been sued on multiple occasions. They are trying to make you a slave and steal your money slowly without you noticing. The company is a fraud. Begs you to join the $10k Franchisee fee so they can get paid, and then works against you to take your accounts. Literally ignores your pay advices. Kim is one of the worst communicators and has zero professionalism. Constantly says she’s “new” and has to ask others for answers about her own managed accounts. Every single higher up including her would fluctuate on what you get paid monthly, because they do not want to pay you the correct amount. They will give you a less incorrect amount and try to give you a complete answer on why it is justified. They will owe you for 6+ months and will just simply not call you back or email you back. They’re supposed to give you an exact percentage monthly- and they secretly try not to tell how much the account pays in total so they can lie about why they’re shorting you and pocket your hard earned money while they sit at their desk.

This will be my 7th year using Office Keepers(Keepers) to clean a 55,000sq/ft facility. This facility is unique in that our cleaning times and what areas need cleaning will vary, and at certain times of the year the service is for 45-60 DAYS IN A ROW. Keepers have been up to the challenge year in and year out. What really impresses me is the level of customer service and support. When the job is having difficulties they are there to fix it. They have corrected any and all issues immediately. If you are unhappy they don't mess around, we have had the Owner show up to "check in". I also used them for services not included in our contract like carpet and window cleaning.

We have worked with Keepers Commercial Cleaning, and they are professional, reliable, and detail-oriented in every cleaning. The team is punctual, uses high-quality products, and always leaves our facilities spotless. Additionally, their customer service is outstanding- they respond quickly to any request or adjustment.
