Horrible cleaning and even worse customer service! If you want to allow them to put someone in your facility and not follow up on how the cleaning is going - these are your people! If you want to be stuck in a contract with no recourse, this is your company!

Hired to clean business offices. Sales rep was friendly but their cleaning was very poor: floors, toilets, desks, etc nothing was cleaned despite repeated communications. Refused to admit non-performance so they could get their remaining contract amount. I do not recommend them

Jani-King's service has really had a big impact to our facility and its cleanliness. The attention to detail is incredible. They communicate really well with me and always take care of any additional work that I need done, in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend Jani-king to any business.

I honestly struggled with the franchise that was assigned to clean our facility. Lack of communication, every visit they fell short on their cleaning and never sent someone back to fix it, just frustrating overall. But, then I contacted the jani-king corporate and complained and I could not have been happier with the service.

Director of Operations, Don Horton was amazing. Not only did he get back to me almost immediately, but then he set up a time and date to come meet me in person and go over my concerns. He discussed things with me, took pictures, and made a plan of action. Then on my next cleaning, the head of the franchise that was cleaning our site finally showed his face (first time since first visit) and I was able to discuss my concerns with him and show him what was not being done. I am 100% positive this never would have happened if it was not for Don Horton and the magic he worked.

Don even took the time to meet with me again the day after the clean, and went through everything with me to make sure the cleaning was done thoroughly and corectly this time. I really appreciate all the work Don did for me to get things back on track, and I am optimistically hopeful that now everything will stay on track and 100% will be given on every clean. Thank you Don Horton, you are awesome!

Can’t say enough about Jani-King! They have cleaned our carpets and waxed and polished our floors a couple times and they do great work everytime!

The price is very fair, Larren & team are super easy to work with, and very flexible with our crazy schedule.

Mopheads has been cleaning our office for the past two years and we absolutely LOVE THEM! They do an amazing job! The entire team is absolutely phenomenal. They check in regularly to make sure we are are satisfied and always go the extra mile - even dusting the tops of photo frames around the office!

Mopheads came out to clean my store last week and they did a fantastic job at a great price. The store is roughly 6,800 sq. ft and took just about 4 hours. The workers were scheduled to arrive at 8pm and they were right on time. They were able to complete the job earlier than I anticipated and got out all the stains that larger companies have failed to do. Very happy with the decision to work with Mopheads and I highly recommend them.
