If you look forward to having to micromanage your cleaning company and constantly remind them to do the items they are contracted to do (throw trash out, mop floors, stock toilet paper) they are your company. Personally I don't like to micromanage and I shouldn't have to do constant reminders for contracted items. The staff are friendly and claim they will follow up but that is all it is a claim to follow up with no action/follow through or permanent change.

We had a hose break at our office, we called Environment Control, which was recommended to us by a friend. The company’s employees were very professional, and took special care to get our office back order.

I hired the Environment control team to take over the janitorial services for the medical practice that I manage. At first they seem like a very fair, cost efficient choice for their services. I paid for their highest tier of cleaning meaning they are "supposed" to do a heavy detail of the office twice a month cleaning everything. After having their services for about a year, I constantly would have to be in contact with their manager about services. Consistently the trash cans in certain rooms were not emptied, there was a build up of dust not cleaned on windows, the corners of the floor were just skipped over, and they lost my keys that I provided to them. I would very much recommend finding another company for services.
