Someone please tell "Alex" in phoenix that toilet water is NOT cleaner then the water in the sink right next to the damn toilet. Have you heard of security cameras??? How do you clean an entire dental office in 26 minutes? Use toilet water to rinse your rag right before you wipe down the entire office... really man?!?!? I wish I could use negative stars... BBB is my next stop. Please be warned!

Worst cleaning company ever. When they bring their kids to help clean and play in your office like a playground, this is unacceptable. They drag a dirty mop around to just spread the dirt. Then they want to charge you for cleaning your office? Terrible performance from this company!!! Do not use these guys!!

I have given this company so many chances (3 years to be exact). I have been through dozens of teams and several supervisors. Each team has a listing of each task that needs to be done and whether it is to be completed nightly, weekly or monthly. This list was formulated by the company. I provide copies so the team can check stuff off and be sure they did it. Just recently, the supervisor told my facilities team that the cleaning team won't actually get to everything every night. This is a very unprofessional company. Their definition of clean is definitely below the bar. My entire facility is never "all" clean all over. I am paying for a full cleaning but never really getting one. Time to change.

This place was awful. Our second week of cleaning it was a no show. We then had a cleaner that kept setting off our alarm and leaving our office unlock with nobody coming for days at a time. We paid our month ahead and were give a "credit", but the last week of our service was also a NO SHOW. We have asked and asked for our refund and have been completely ignored. Unprofessional and rude customer service. Don't waste your time.

Received a call the day I posted this negative review. We were promised our refund to be processed immediately and a call back that afternoon. I was asked to take down the review. I told Ryan I would once we had our reimbursement. I received an email days later from their billing department showing a credit. I emailed Victoria asking for a refund as Ryan was supposed to take care of this. Here we are weeks later, no refund. Awful awful awful customer service!

Amazing customer service and a job well done. A man by the name of Dylan helped us and it was seamless and very happy with their work! 10/10

They loose more business than they companies they get. Most frustrating company I have ever worked with. I have brought up issues with billing and there is no response. Seems like a poorly run company. There is a reason why the franchise cost is so low. Everyone I know that works with them are ready to quit. Don’t believe all the 5 star reviews. RUN!!!

We experienced a theft in our office and they still insisted that we pay our bill - even though it was less than our loss - or they were sending it to collections. We did not have cameras in our building when it happened, which I told the manager so they used that against us to refuse to waive the bill even though they were the only people in the building over the weekend per our alarm system. I had the system updated on that Monday and text the crew to ask them the code that they use for the alarm. Instead of a simple text reply with the code, I immediately received a phone call asking "why I was asking" that and that they "didn't understand" my asking. This is a company that we have used for several years and have had to had new crews pretty routinely. That happens with most cleaning companies, however, my point being, that made no difference to them. Obviously I would give them a minus zero if I could.

I have not been pleased with the quality of the cleaning this company provides. I have tried to address it with management, left a lengthy message and did not even receive a call back. Now when I try to get out of my contract, they won't let me out even though I gave proper notice. I have tried to communicate to the sales rep in charge regarding how the contract is worded in my circumstance and now he won't even respond. I would not recommend this company for your janitorial needs. Not only are they not professional cleaners, they do not deliver on their promises of how things are cleaned and that they will use their own products and be very careful to use different mops in the restrooms than the other part of the building, etc. The person in charge of my building had a baby and didn't make arrangements for someone else to clean while she was in the hospital. Now the spouse and older child of this person comes and cleans and they do a horrible job. I am sure that is a breach of contract right there since this spouse and child are probably not contracted with Buildingstars to be cleaners. This review is probably futile as they seem to not be a professional enough company to watch their reviews. Frustrated beyond belief.

I worked with both BJ and Dylan. Both gentlemen are very knowledgeable, out going, very attentive to the needs of the business. Great energy. We are excited to continue the business relationship.

Very disappointed. We hired them in the hopes of seeing a big change from how our office was being cleaned by a different co. We pay for nightly service, they don’t sweep, vacuum or wipe things down and we have a medical office which makes it even that much more important to have high cleaning standards. We don’t have time to come in behind the hired cleaners to then do our own cleaning, defeats the entire purpose of hiring a cleaning company!

Horrible! We made the switch hoping to see better cleaning and it was 10x worse. Multiple nights the crew wouldn't even go into certain areas of our building that WAS on our contract to clean nightly. They kept blaming it on us needing a floor buff but when staff would take a clorox wipe to the floor, all of the dirt would come up so it was NOT related to a floor buff. It was from lack of cleaning and caring. Our rep came in one day and yelled at our receptionist- to the point of clients leaving the building. I fought for weeks to term our contract and they wouldn't do it. When I finally got them too, they ghosted us a week before I asked them to end services. I DO NOT recommend. So Unprofessional!

Easily one of the best cleaning companies i have ever worked with!!! The staff was very friendly and understanding with any concerns that we had and believe me they did way better than the company we had before. They went above and beyond! i would definitely recommend to anyone in need of a service.

AMAZING SERVICE!!! The new management team is beyond incredible. They have been so clear, easy to communicate with and even follow up with me to make sure my scheduled cleaning services are up to par. They addressed any potential issues I had before hiring them to clean my office studio. I feel really taken care of at Buildingstars!

This review is not about their services, as I have never use them for their services. However, they call so frequently that my office keeps a spreadsheet of when they call and we all make bets on when they will call next. With that being said, we have asked MULTIPLE people and SEVERAL different times to be take us off their call list. One more time and we are filing an FTC complaint.
