Switched from another commercial cleaning company and I continue to question why I waited so long. Ryan was great during the initial meet and quote process. Transition to Dylan, Laura and her team has been exceptional. First class organization that truly cares about not only their clients but their staff.

This cleaning company does surface level cleaning at best. We've reached out several times about them not doing a good job of cleaning our office and they've either never replied or tell us they will do better and yet the office still doesn't feel like it has been cleaned.

I have worked with Buildingstars Phoenix at multiple different buildings. Great service. They provide our paper products and soap for all of our properties at a much better price than I can get. Highly recommend Ryan and his team for your commercial cleaning needs!

We gave this company one year to meet our needs. There were no shows several times. The cleaners didn't want to clean on the days I needed cleaning. They had their own proposed schedule. Their cleanings were surface clean, at best. We often had to re-mop our floors!

We complained and complained. A supervisor would show up and pacify us. However, the work didn't improve.

A higher up manager met with us and asked us to keep them. He promised an improvement or we could cancel at any time.

Then the supervisor came in with a 20% increase in fees. I said no. I was canceling the service. I allowed one more cleaning.

Then the bill came for another month. I had already hired someone else. Buildingstars says that I owe for this month due to my contract.

What about the conversation with the regional manager? I still wasn't happy. So I canceled.

I didn't pay the bill. Now they've sent me to collections.

Don't do business with this company. They do poor work and do not stand behind anything except getting their payment no matter what the circumstances.

This cleaning company is great! They consistently do an outstanding job. The team is professional, thorough, and always leaves our workspace spotless. We hired building stars about 2 years ago to clean our office building. The first year, we had a lot of issues with our cleaning person who was assigned to our building. Things were not being cleaned properly, items in our office were left out of place, doors were left unlocked, even reckless placement of cleaning equipment damaged some of our walls and furniture. After so many incidents, we reached out to our account manager at the time who was very helpful and responsive to the situation. He came out and assessed the building and listened to our complaints and assigned a new cleaning person to our building. Since then, we have had no issues! The new lady is wonderful! She’s very thorough and respectful of our office space. I also appreciate how every so often, the account managers stop in just to ask how things are going or if any changes need to be made. Although we had a rocky start, this is a great company and they really seem to care about their customers! As of now, we are very happy with the service we’ve received!

Joanna and her team are the best cleaners our business has ever had! She is extremely detailed and easy to communicate with.
