Worst franchise to work with. Haven’t gotten paid for the second time. They will not answer your calls, voicemail or emails. Only time they will answer quick is if you are new and want to become a franchise owner. When you call for new customer they will pick up right away and tell you they cannot contact anyone at the franchise support or that there is no one to help you. I will never ever recommend this place to anyone. Save your money and find a better franchise that will actually work with you and pay you on time!!!!!

We use Openworks for all of our showrooms. They staff has been extremely happy with the service that they are receiving. I would recommend them to anyone looking to have cleaning services around the nation.

worst commercial company out there, if i can give 0 stars i would, please stay away from these people. If you plan on buying a franchise let me tell you it will be the worst decision of your life. I bought a franchise last year with them and i never got paid once. After numerous calls , emails and txt from them nobody not even 1 person was able to help me. Please do your research with this people they have been sued multiple times for the same reason, you have been warned.

The first rep I met was incredibly kind and responsive for the first two meetings. In the first meeting I told him we were not interested in their services but he insisted on coming back with his manager to work out a potential deal.

I finally agreed to schedule a "one-time" clean to test their crew. They did such a poor job I had to request for them to come back and clean everything they had missed. (They did not end up coming back) <edit*

I am not sure if the initial politeness was a trick to get our business but after a failed "one-time" clean the aforementioned rep was impossible to reach. He would not reply to any of my messages!

The next contact I had was him forwarding my email to another person without any note or acknowledgement to the situation.

I felt like they wanted to get our business so they were nice and when we were not satisfied with the job done they had no moral support to give.

That being said, I was also told we would not have to pay for the (lack of) cleaning that took place, however, months later I began receiving calls and emails about the invoice and was told we HAD to pay.

Overall, I am not pleased with OpenWorks and definitely suggest looking elsewhere if you want good customer service!!!

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. I have been a franchise owner for over 7 years. The whole experience has been horrible. Their turnover rate for office workers is very high throughout the years. The only reason we have stayed with them as franchisees is because we are in a 10 year contract. I have NEVER been able to budget, which is a huge issue when you own a bisiness. They do not pay you what they owe you. We are up to about $10k for what they are owing us right now. We are now in the middle of losing a second account because of their billing issues(not sending the account invoices on time, and then sending them a group of invoices and expecting them to pay). We have not been paid for an account for at least 3 months, due to this issue. When you have to pay a large franchise fee in the beginning, plus 15% of your earnings every month, there should not be those issues! Besides that, getting anybody to help you with your issues, is a joke. Steer clear!

I have reported them to the authorities, please go read all the other BBB reviews to find out what’s really going on. These people do not honor the legal contracts they sign. They will not pay you for the amount promised; will not pay you for months and months. You will not receive any of their promised support and help. When I confronted them with their legal departments, they stopped responding after about few weeks. No one in their corporate or management knows what is going on. Payments are almost always messed up. They broke so many promises they made on franchise agreements and I’m finding out many other franchisees are going through the same experience. I do not recommend anyone to join this franchise. I have strong reasons and evidences to believe I have a case for franchise fraud and breach of contract. I’m currently seeking legal and getting my case evaluated. Save yourself a headache and don’t start a business relationship with company. Oh And shoutout to their customer service rep Ashleyelizabeth, you are terrible at your job. You shouldn’t be working in customer service.

We've utilized Open works for janitorial services for over a year. The team onsite is kind and does a great job. All interactions with the corporate office have been just as great. The 1 time I had an issue it was resolved right away.

I have been with Openwork’s since 2021 and it’s been a bumpy road. But I went in last week with some issues I needed addressed immediately. When I got there, I was very upset and frustrated with the company. I was led into a conference room where I met Sean Pierre. Sean allowed me to talk and get my frustrations out without interruptions. I was ready to throw in the towel with Openwork’s and walk away from it all. Sean said well give him a chance to help first. He then took the time to pull up all my pay advises and dissect them carefully. He located the problem made notes and opened a ticket to get the payment I was due. Sean then started to ask questions to get to know more about me and my company. He was genuinely interested in my future goals for my company. Sean advised me of some new changes within the company that would help my business grow. I really appreciate Sean’s kind, courteous and calm demeanor as he dealt with my issue. I told him they need more people like him to help us when no one else will. It has been hard to find people within this organization that know what they are doing. I told Sean he gets an A+ rating with me and can’t wait to work with him in the future. Thank you Sean Pierre for your help😊

Run, stay away, again run as far as possible from this scam hungry money company. Please i warn you DO NOT get involved with this company! Everything they advertise and tell you and promise you is FALSE. I unfortunately fell for this scam company before doing my research, and got scammed out of thousands of dollars. I am just trying to help people avoid the same mistake i have made, which i highly regret.. Again they will leave you hanging without any promised contracts months in and months out. This of course is all after they immediately DEDUCT your franchise fee!!! If your lucky enough to get a contract, they will withold not only your ridiculous royalty amount monthly, but will hide and deduct other ridiculous fee’s like advertising and tech fee, (which no one in the company can explain to you correctly why this is charged??!!) and also they will overcharge you hundreds of dollars if you decide to take their liability insurance. I will end this the way i began it, “run, stay away, again run!!”

I have personally worked with openworks for about five years. They are very easy to go through if you want an exceptional job done, right. Employees are very friendly and have helped me step-by-step and things that I need to do in my business.
