Mark & Matt showed up on time and even sent a text 30 minutes prior to their arrival which I really appreciated.
They were very professional and had my turf looking like brand new in less than one hour. The entire back and side yard smell’s so clean and fresh and looks absolutely amazing! I highly recommend Dirty Turf you’re looking to have your turf cleaned and brought back to life.
I’ve already scheduled my next appointment dnd will continue to have quarterly service to keep my turf looking new.

We have had our artificial grass down for 4 yrs now and we have 3 dogs that love peeing on it. We’ve had a couple diff company’s clean it and could still smell the urine when it got hot out. It was awful. We are so glad we found Dirty Turf, we never get the urine smell anymore. They fluff up the grass. It always looks brand new. Steve the owner responded immediately to my call for service. Answered all my questions. Dirty Turf came to clean my backyard turf within a few days. Did a wonderful job taking the urine smell away. Put new sand down and refreshed the grass. Recommend them for your yard maintenance and cleaning! They will be returning at regular intervals to keep our turf in great shape!

Two before and one after photo. It took multiple trips, but Steve at Dirty Turf came back, no questions asked, to retreat the area until the hard water stains were gone. The stains were hard to see when the turf was wet, so before he saw the after photo he made sure to say he would come back if I wasn’t happy. They stand behind their promises. Looks like new!

Bought some new patio furniture but couldn’t enjoy it because the dog pees and poops on the turf and the smell was unbearable. And if I could smell it, the neighbors probably could too 😖 I tried spraying some turf deodorizer stuff off of Amazon that attaches to a hose but it didn’t really make any impact so I called these guys. They came out today (John and Matt? Nice guys, father & son I believe) and were out there for about 1-2 hrs doing a deep clean. Smells great, dog stink is gone. They said 100 day guarantee and if it starts to smell to call them and they’ll come back and re-clean. I appreciate a business that stands by their work. Sounds like most people do maintenance every 3-4 months so it doesn’t last forever, but I’m happy we’ll be able to enjoy the backyard again :) Steve called tonight to check on how it went today and made sure I was happy with the job. Great, personable service that you just don’t find that often anymore. Definitely recommend. Thank guys!

We had Steve out today to clean our turf in backyard , as we have 3 small dogs , they did excellent job and it smells so good now, plus the turf is all fluffy again not smashed down .

I saw Dirty Turf Marketing on my Instagram feed. I reached out via DM to get a quote. They replied instantly asked a few questions about our specific needs and sent over a very reasonable quote with two different options.

We have been using a different service for the last year and their quote was more thorough and less expensive. We scheduled right away and they were able to come out to do the work on the date that I had requested.

A few days prior to the service being completed, they reached out with confirmation. The day before they gave me a three hour window when they would be At my house. They showed up on time and prepared.

The full cleaning, extraction and all took less than an hour. We are very satisfied with the odor removal right away. Steve called a little while after to check in and make sure he could answer any questions. We rescheduled for a few months out and look forward to having a good smelling backyard for the next few months.

My backyard artificial turf had gotten to the point where the pet odor was really noticeable, and I didn’t think it would ever smell truly fresh again.
Dirty Turf came out to my home here in the Tempe–Chandler area, showed up right on time, and were so friendly and professional. After they finished, I was shocked at the difference. The turf looks fluffed up and refreshed, and the pet odor is completely gone! Not masked — gone! I’d had a different company out to clean the turf a year or so ago, and the work that was done for the same price didn’t even compare to what Dirty Turf did. If you have artificial grass and pets, I can’t recommend Dirty Turf enough. It made such a difference in my backyard!

I have two dogs, so of course I need to get my turf professionally cleaned a handful of times each year. I was using a company for years. Unfortunately, they changed their product formula, and it just does not work. They even came to my house the very next day and redid the entire property, and I could still Smell dog pee. It is a shame.

So, I needed to find a new turf cleaning company. Dirty Turf is definitely the way to go. My yard smells incredible and you cannot tell that I have any pets. Steve, the owner, is so very clearly knowledgeable about Turf Cleaning. He is also the ideal business owner—extremely proactive and great at communicating. He also follows through and make sure that you are satisfied.
