The first time I used them it was great but when they came a month later it was a different story. Bushes were untrimmed, uneven, 5 foot weeds that had grown were untouched, sticks still in the yard, and spots in the grass they failed to cut. I knew they had at least come by because they damaged my landscape lights. I sent them a note about it when I reluctantly paid the bill and no one bothered to reach out to me. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

We manage many commercial locations, and Snappy has been a wonderful partner to our company. We use them for many of our properties in the Phoenix area, and they have been nothing but a pleasure to work with.
They came in after another company had let our properties fall way behind in service. Within a week all properties were cleaned up and brought back to their intended beauty. Whenever i have an issue, Sheila in the office handles it immediately. Billing is on time, and consistent. We need more quality vendors like them for our locations!

So intrusive.
They don’t even knock to communicate that they are about to work on your yard.
I have a small 10 pound maltipoo who was in the backyard this morning. No one knocked on the door to let me know that they were going to start working on the back. All I heard was the blower and immediately I knew that they were in the backyard. One guy specifically wearing a vest and a gray sweatshirt with a hat on was being so inconsiderate with his tools. He didn’t even care that my dog was so scared running away and trying to hide. The other guys were really nice and they kept their distance. They could tell that my dog was scared. I banged on the inside glass because he was unable to hear me. I let him know that my dog needed to come inside, and he was scared. He never apologized.
Yes, they get the work done fast but there’s no consideration or communication with the client. Specially when there are pets involved. A lack of professionalism.

Came out to cut branches off my Oleander which had grown to about ten feet, when it should be a smaller shrub for the space in my backyard. Very pleased with the guys who worked in unison. Everything was cut, removed and hauled away.

Services are excellent and dependable. Always on time. Workers are very polite and if you request something extra they are happy to do. Been using this company for several years. Shelia is excellent to work with and very polite.

This company comes to my apartment complex at least Twice a month or more every time I am walking on the properties leaf blower landscapers do not stop their leaf blowers blowing dust into my eyes frequently and feces from the dog also blowing leaves and dirt onto my porch. Every time they come. Do better with training this is ridiculous. I will be contacting my property and I have multiple pictures to prove.
See that you guys are under new management apparently yet still doing the same things..

I live in a planned community with 1999 homes. Our HOA has been using Xeriscapes since 2007. They provide excellent service, pay attention to detail, and in an emergency, they are available 24/7/365. The company and their employees are a pleasure to have taking care of our common areas. I highly recommend that you give them a call if you are in need of a landscaper.

Bad business to say the least, undermined , underpaid employees as well as overworked ,,Do u think those kind of workers are going to do the best job? and can u trust those kind of workers to roam freely around ur property? .I don't think that u should make them ur first choice without further insight into other reputable landscaping operations , thxs for reading ,,,

Only know how to butcher nice trees and bushes till dead. Workers are rude and inconsiderate around residents Vehicles. Main tool used is Leaf (dust) blower Sending everything onto private patios. Over trimming bushes and trees killing them or not repairing sprinkler system providing water to them. Seem like as soon as the foliage is blooming the trim all the flowers and blooms off.

Your trucks need to fix their brake lights You can NOT tell when they are braking. YOU ARE GOING TO CAUSE AN ACCIDENT AND KILL SOMEONE. Fix your brake lights or get off the road.

The service was great. Jack & Ian showed up on time. The were efficient and thorough. It was fascinating watching the process. My turf looks brand new and smells great. I like that the product is also plant and pet safe. Linda in the office was also helpful and kept me informed. I would highly recommend.
