If i could give this store a negative I would. This store is less then 3 miles from my home. We are remodeling the whole lot, all inside and out. So, obviously, I have been coming here often and to be very frank, I hate it! I leave in the worse mood and its completely unenjoyable. I come with the kiddos, they have their own gardens and chickens, so coming with them should be a fun experience but is not even close. So I would rather spend the gas and driving to Lowe's and spending the extra dollar then to ever spent a dollar at this Home Depot. Generally speaking, Home Depot employees at other location greet you, very helpful and approachable people. However this store is very unwelcoming, I even say sexist. No thank you.

Love the Garden center it always smells lovely. And it's fun to smack bags of soil. Lol I'm kidding about the soil. They have tons of items to select lots of pots, plants, fertilizer, plant food, decorative lawn things... exactly what a garden center should have. The employees are very helpful.

I have been to a number of places that profess to be Garden Centers.All but two fall far short. I spoke to a vendor at a place not knowing she only delivered and set up and then had the experience of seeing many plants die. The first exception was at the outstanding Home Depot Garden Center. Already impressed the Garden section added to it. Today 09/10/21I had the privilege of going through this east Thomas, Home Depot Garden Center. I had the pleasure of speaking with a staff, team member. She said she may awaken in poor spirits but is happy when she starts work in the center. Forgive me, BUT IT SHOWS. My feeling is it is truly a nursery also having things not to be found in a nursery. It can't really have the staff of a nursery but you can be assured of most other needs being fulfilled.

I warn anybody dont apply for this company. I applied for a job, got hired, I was supposed to receive a message with job details and then they ghosted me and I only get a voicemail when I call, they had not even enough professionalism to give me a call and say they changed there mind.

Staying locally in Scottsdale.
Started with a chainsaw to trim tree hangings and leaf blower at 0630 this morning... Suits the business, screw the locals eh?

Made the job look more messy than it was before. Leaves all over sidewalk. Vehicles covered in dust from blowing.

Been living in my complex for over 3 years. No one has EVER spent so long to trim the bushes as these guys do. It's already annoying enough it's early in the morning but this one worker must have spent 15 minutes on one bush right outside my unit. Be quick and move on so you're respectful of residents.

Indian School Road is closed down this morning and you can either south or north onto the freeway. The truck Driver carrying a trailer #107, his/her front bumper was literally close enough to knock my passenger side mirror completely forcing me to either have them hit me, or I hit the truck and trailer next to me. BTW we were in the 5 lanes merging, to two. They went from lane 5 to 3, while I was in 2. STOP putting drivers at risk with your bad driving decisions. Whatever your late for is NOT worth pinning a mother and her children in their car, I can fix my mirror you hit, but I can't replace my children.

Went to the garden center area of the store. No help at all there Once I located everything I was looking for I went to the cashier located in the garden center thought I could pay and go! Wrong I find a cashier with her elbows on the counter looking bored too death I thought help customers !! Instead she asked how I was going to pay I told her with a Home Depot gift card No only cash I suggested she might want to make a couple of signs and post on the doors or at her register she just shrugged her shoulders I guess I interrupted her naptime . Not the best customer service in garden center.

I haven't been in this location for years. Almost everything is locked up.

This is the worst walmart in Phoenix. The carts are raggedy if you can find one. The security is only for show. They do not help. The lines are always long. Half of the machine only take cash or card. I you need cigarettes there is only one cash registered for that which means you are in a long line. It Untidy and disorganized.
