The employees were very disrespectful and too lazy. I had a really bad experience and it’s time going there.

Waited 15 minutes for someone to help us even after going in and asking for help. So about 25minutr wait altogether.

Got an estimate and was given a flat start rate no matter what it was i needed. So my time was just was asted

They came out to remove a hideous stomp and worked in unison to get the stump out and the clean-up was perfection.

They never showed up they day , they said they were coming so I got someone else to do my yard. Maybe I'd try them again. Or another small company.

They never showed up . one star for taking the appointment an saying they would be here on Monday an its Friday now still no call saying sorry for not making it

I have used Snappy multiple times over the years and found them to be extremely prompt, fair and a very good value.

Extremely unprofessional, I don't know how they stay in business. I suspect they stole from my house and didn't call me before they came. I had to call the police on these people. Anyone saying otherwise is an obvious employee or friend.

One of there car hit my car then tryed to run.called the company and they gave me 4 different insurance company who knows if they even have insurance. See them on the get away.the driver had suspended driving licence

Great! They cleaned up my yard,cut down 2 trees and a bush,cleaned up afterwards. I am very Happy. Thanks Cash and Ray.

Didn't do work they quoted to do for weekly service, even after complaints. Left gate open on multiple occasions causing pets to get out. Broke three sprinkler heads and gave no notice.

These guys were doing the maintenance on businesses landscape and they didn’t bother to ask us to move our cars. They just cut the branches off trees and let them fall on our cars. I’ve never seen such carelessness and someone that I’ve hired.

Driving down 43rd ave north bound by I-10 one of your trucks began swerving from side to side. To mess with the car behind him. Extremly dangerous and unprofessional. Im a driving instructor. When we drove by i suggested he grow up and knock it off. His response. The middle finger.. Obviously the most professional and adult way of handling things. If this is the caliber of people who work for you. Or this could possibly be the owner and judging by the number of negative reviews. You'll never get my business.

I didn't use this company but I saw their vehicle leave a job site, they were doing, maintenance ar the Walgreens on Dysart and Greenway out in Surprise. I was so surprised to see they left so much debris. They didn't blow were they trimmed.

I have used Snappy Lawn Service for close to a year now and they have been very professional. Not only have they shown up every month, on time, they have done an extremely wonderful job cleaning the yard. The staff is courteous and very proficient. I would recommend Snappy Lawn Service to anyone!

Incredible!! I am honestly so impressed. We hadn't done any yard work since we moved in to our house almost a year ago and needless to say it got a bit out of control. Snappy lawn service did such a great job at an amazing price. Hands down the best money I have ever spent!

These guys are absolutely terrible. They have no idea what they’re doing. My yard looks no different than after I contracted with them. Weeds lefts behind. Improper trimming. Sorry excuse for a landscaper. Just to put the icing on the cake, I called and let them know they miss their service day. They didn’t even know what their service day was. The lady on the phone was extremely rude. These guys shouldn’t even be in business
