I want to thank Royal Rooter for the excellent service!! I had an issue with my kitchen sink, it would not drain so I gave Royal Rooter a call. Let me say I was not disappointed. Octavio came the next day and was super friendly, very knowledgeable, but most importantly honest. He was able to tell me what he was going to do and gave me a very honest and fair price. He cleaned out everything and got the drains cleared out. Now my sink works and feels like its brand new!! Thank you again Octavio for all your hard work. Royal Rooter will be my new company I go to for any plumbing needs.

We contacted Royal Rooter after noticing our toilet wasn’t flushing properly, each flush had very slow water flow, and we suspected something might be stuck. Scheduling was quick and easy, and they were able to send someone out the same day. We were given a 3–5 PM arrival window and received a text notification when the technician was on the way, which came through at 3:43 PM. Octavio arrived right around 4 PM.

Octavio quickly assessed the issue and confirmed there was an obstruction. He used a toilet auger and successfully removed a pair of eyebrow scissors from the toilet. Afterward, he thoroughly tested the toilet multiple times to make sure everything was flowing properly again.

What stood out most was his respect for our home. He immediately noticed that we don’t wear shoes inside and offered to put on booties before entering. It was a small but very thoughtful gesture that showed consideration and professionalism.

Overall, our experience with Royal Rooter was smooth, timely, and professional from start to finish. We would absolutely use them again for any future plumbing needs.

I can’t say enough good things about this plumbing company. They came out late at night for an emergency and immediately put us at ease with their professionalism and kindness.

They fixed two separate major issues for us. First, they diagnosed and repaired a clogged courtyard drain that had been causing water to overflow into our house due to a previous hack job done before we moved in. They quickly identified what was done incorrectly and corrected it the right way. Second, they addressed cracked sewage drain pipes caused by invasive tree roots, explaining the problem clearly and walking us through the solution.

They were fast, efficient, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough. Most importantly, they didn’t cut corners like the previous people did. Royal rooters identified the root causes and made sure everything was fixed properly and permanently.
