This is rresponsible company have 2 months waiting for my check i went sevral times and they always have a excuse for not paying me took money off my check for child support when i dont even have kids

This is a irresponsible company I’ve been waiting for my check for almost 2 months and they haven’t payed me till this day I came by the office more than once and there excuse is next week and next week and they don’t give me a solid answer till when Im going to get my money and besides that they stoled my tools this company is not trustworthy

. Office personnel rude, not coordinated with employees, no employee handbook ever given, even though employers enforce hidden guidelines in a employee handbook. Northern Arizona project manager never returns or shares interested input by employee request.

Perla is so rude. Going down hill with her there. Will be spreading the word not to use this company and I got connections, such a disappointment.

Absolutely the worst experience of my professional life. I manage two high rise residential buildings and aside from the absolute incompetence of the technicians, they leave messes, have literally stolen resident's belongings, are unresponsive to warranty obligations and show up/leave without communicating with staff. I'm appalled by this company.

The ladies of the office are very rude with the workers when they need support or ask about missing time in their checks. They have really bad customer service.

Great company. I called all around to have a septic company come out and this company was able to come out within the week to inspect and pump out my septic. The owner is really nice and got back to me in a timely manner. Was very professional and quick. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs there septic pumped or inspected.

called him on a friday night for a multi housing property we have, & let me tell you for it being at 6pm they were out there able to get the job started & completed the next day. i was shocked with such ease, quickness & professional service. i even saved some money when he went out. i was being charged normally $1200. mike only charge me 800! man i appreciate this man & what his company does. thank you again brother for everything.

After spending over a week dealing with a very dishonest septic company and trying to get a passing grade to sell our home, we called Mike Roybal Septic Services, desperate for an honest assessment of our septic. While the other company was ready to rebuild for thousands of dollars, Mike conducted the same tests and found no issues. We are now certified and ready to sell! Honesty and integrity is hard to come by and this company has both in spades.

Did an excellent job on a sewer line replacement. Called the blue stake people out and had them map out the electrical, water and sewer lines on my property and completed the entire sewer line repair in one day. Good work ,good service and a fair price compared to other companies I called. Would definitely recommend.

I needed an emergency septic certification to be able to close on my new property, and Mike and his team were out within 24 hours, with the report finished later that evening. Excellent customer service and willing to work with me on short notice. Can’t ask for better.

Mike and his guys, Alex & Eric, saved the day! Mike returned my call in minutes & set up an appointment to empty the very overdue septic tank - the next morning! Alex & Eric were on time, worked hard to get the lid off and got the job done in an hour and a half. We were so grateful their quick, efficient service!
