I was faced with re-plumbing my entire house due to some defective PEX installed 12 years ago. This seemed like a daunting task; and I was worried if it could be done properly, without full access to the pipe behind walls and ceilings. I was impressed with everyone at Arizona Integrity Plumbing. Jennifer knew what was necessary to complete the claim with the pipe company; and made sure everything was in order. Alex came to the house twice. Once to inspect the job and again to answer questions regarding my concerns. The team that did the work was incredible. Ramiro, Byanka, Luis, and Aaron were always on time. They worked hard, were always pleasant, and answered my questions. Every day they protected the house with drop clothes and plastic sheets. All of that was removed and the work areas were vacuumed at the end of every work day. They did a great job of replacing dry wall and repainting when the plumbing was complete. The walls and ceilings are back to their original appearance. I would definitely use them again for future plumbing projects.

They exceeded our expectations, completed the whole house repipe due to a hot water leak under slab! When I experienced the second hot water leak in my waterline, I was at a loss to say the least as to who to call, or what it would take to repair my waterline, which runs through the concrete foundation of my home. After some research and discussions with different plumbing companies, I made the decision to hire Integrity. It’s a decision I am happy to say I made. From the first conversation with Jennifer, I was confident this company would live up to their name. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and certainly calmed my nerves assuring me they would be able to remedy my situation. She scheduled an appointment to have one of her experts come assess my home, and inform me of my options for repairs. He answered all my questions, and was very thorough. The crew which arrived to make the repairs was impressive to say the least. It was a big job. I really appreciated the words of one of the crew members “Our goal is to leave your home repaired, with it looking as though we were never even here.” They certainly nailed that goal. Before they left, when the job was completed, we did a detailed walk through. They answered all my questions and made sure I was completely satisfied. I AM!

The AZIP crew did a fantastic job making an difficult job pleasant. The team worked hard and did their best to minimize disruptions to our home. They patched the resultant dry wall holes and matched the paint beautifully. They cleaned up at the end of each day and were careful to ensure all questions and issues were addressed. Integrity Plumbing replaced the service line between my meter and house today, a long 65' run under a driveway and a retaining wall. They did a first rate job using a good method, the right tools, and Uponor PEX pipe (the best PEX I am told). Despite the challenge going through a cement footing which required renting a backhoe, they honored their original estimate. Happy customer.

I’d like to share our experience with getting water leak in my home fixed. We called several plumbing companies and were given a range of options and estimates. Due to the age of the home, and as a preventative, we opted to go with a whole home re-pipe. We decided to have Arizona Integrity Plumbing do the work and let me tell you, they are a great company!! Their quote is for a complete job, including drywall repair, texturing, and repainting after the plumbing work is done. Arizona Integrity Plumbing is a small company who are experts in re-piping. The best part is their total re-pipe estimate, including drywall repair, was just a little higher than some other companies wanted just to re-route a single pipe. The crew, Daniel, Reyes, and Aaron showed up promptly each day and worked together like a well oiled machine. I was very impressed with their professionalism, courtesy, their willingness to answer all my questions as the job progressed, and the overall the quality of their work. The job was done 100% and after completion no more water leaks, great pressure at all outlets, and all drywall cuts repaired so I can’t even tell where they were!! Do yourself a favor, if you ever need plumbing or re-piping work done, give Arizona Integrity Plumbing a call. They really live up to their name. We had a water leak in our home and as stressful as that situation can be, Arizona Integrity Plumbing put our minds at ease. First, Jennifer is very calm and empathetic and was able to get her team to our home quickly to mitigate the leak and prevent further damage. They were able to find the leak quickly in our attic and fixed it on the spot. The owner, Alex also came out to check on things and to make sure all our questions were answers.

Arizona Integrity Plumbing repiped the water lines in our house. The experience from the very start dealing with Alex and Jennifer was top notch. The crew of Daniel, Antony and Dimitri were at the house on time each day, very professional, friendly and returned the house to original state each day. Working with AZ Integrity from office staff to crew was a pleasure. An easy 5+ star rating from us and would highly recommend them.

From the moment we made contact with Jennifer we felt that we were in good hands and that she would be "with us" until our issue (leak and subsequent ceiling/wall repair) was done. She also understood our urgency and was able to send out someone that day. Alex found the cause of the leak whereas two (2) other companies could not find it. He was very professional and solved our issue forthwith. Next came Dimitri who repaired the holes in the ceiling and wall that were created to find the source of the leak. Dimitri was pleasant, confident, took care to protect our floors, cleaned up (would rate an A+) , and did an outstanding repair job. Great having a company that not only takes care of the issue but restores your house to where it was before the issue! Definitely will call them for any future needs.

We had our hot and cold water pipes in the whole house replaced by AZ Integrity Plumbing. Our team of Ramiro, Byanka, Daniel and Aaron were exceptional. Integrity did a whole house hot and cold repipe which required 38 holes and 7 days to finish. Their crew was always on time, always courteous, aways profession, and did an excellent job. I would be remiss if I failed to note that the hole repair and painting, which was a concern, was also great work.

They repiped my house and did an awesome job. Super professional, did a great job covering everything up to make as little of a mess as possible. They did excellent work, it's like they were never here and now we have all new plumbing. Got several quotes but this company had by far the highest 5 star ratings everywhere, had a very fair contract that wasn't one sided like others, and were competitive in price. I would highly recommend them!

We needed to complete a full house repipe and have been shopping for the right company to do the job. I called Arizona Integrity Plumbing to fix a leak and asked for an estimate for repiping. The quote was the best price we received and since we were very satisfied with the leak repair we were ready to go for it.

We are converting our range and dryer from electric to gas. Arizona Integrity Plumbing installed new gas pipes for these appliances. Jennifer, Daniel, and Aaron did a great job. Daniel answered all of my questions and was very professional. The price was reasonable and I would recommend them.

The entire Arizona Integrity Plumbing crew was amazing. We always try to utilize local companies, but our gas line installation seemed to be too large and out of their areas of expertise. A.I.P. was able to quickly diagnose the problem and determine a solution. Dimitry and Daniel where knowledgeable, professional and efficient. This company is amazing. I had been working with another company for over 4 months and paid $1000s of dollars for them to walk away without even finding the issue leaving without any solutions. AZIP came out in less than 24 hours and found the issue within one hour of visiting my home. They were professional and extremely courteous. The crew from Arizona Integrity Plumbing turned a difficult experience into an awesome one. We had to have all of our PEX tubing replaced in the entire house after many water leaks from defective material. It could have been a chaotic mess. I have to say this is the best plumbing company I have ever worked with. This is our second time using them. They are professional, accommodating, super nice, fair priced, quick and do a fantastic job. Ramiro, Byanka, Antonio, Luis and Dimitri are the absolute best!! Also Jennifer is very nice, knowledgeable and reassuring when someone has just come home from a 10 day vacation to a massive leak in there home. The whole company is great!

Arizona Integrity Plumbing just completed a complete repipe of my home. I will say that I was very concerned about such a major project prior to the start especially since I had recently completed several remodel and updrade projects.The AZ team did a great job! They were courtesy, friendly, and on time. I was completely comfortable with them in my home and more importantly if I wouldn't have seen them working over the 7 day project I wouldn't have even know they were there after they finished.
