RIPOFF!! If I could give 0 stars I would. I'm a plumber who's had an account with them since 2020. When they used to have their tiny, shotty, pos location they were normal priced. These people just charged me $489 for a 100' roll of 1" pex a. The same roll that I can get from home depot for $120 or from the plumbers crack for $98.

They didn't once mention how crazy the price was, and they never told me the total before charging my card. The only time I knew they charged me that was when I saw the receipt. That's when I told them to refund it. It's soooo interesting that they'll charge my card right away, but now I have to wait for my $500 to return to my account.

Highly unprofessional, and price gouging shouldn't be happening just so you guys can pay for your fancy new building. I will be telling every plumber I see about this experience and I will be turning everyone I know away from you.

Trucker’s appointment only but I arrived 30 min before apt and they unloaded me. You can also find a spit to park along the streets for over night parking. Kind of tight but you do have room to maneuver around.

The entire staff was friendly, helpful and professional. We had a water heater replaced. From the start of our interaction to the end of the install, they were great. Quality people and quality work!

I am maintenance technician with an apartment complex in Peoria. I can tell you that they do not respond after hours and their emergency service that’s supposedly 24/7 does not exist. I have had sewer backups and piping issues go unanswered for days forcing us to call out a different, less preferred vendor. When work finally does get done it suspect at best. From one professional giving comment about another business, I would recommend you use someone else.

Mountain Ridge came out and properly fixed my shower drain after two unsuccessful repairs by my home warranty plumbing company. If I knew the quality of repairman the Warranty used I would have never purchased it and just kept a few good companies like Mountains Ridge in my contacts and saved the hassle.

Mountain Ridge Plumbing Services has staff that are professional AND kind. They immediately responded to our request for the installation of a new water tank and gave us a quote significantly less than another company. Once we agreed, they scheduled a technician to come out the next day. We were regularly notified when to expect him, and quite frankly, this technician who brought and installed the new tank was probably the most thorough and respectful plumbing technician we've ever had (we've lived in our same home for decades.) The contrast in the experiences we had with other companies before we contracted with Mountain Ridge was night and day. The others were late, quoted us sky high prices (I guess that's expected these days?), and still tried to upsell us. Mountain Ridge asked us what we wanted, gave us one price that was so much more in line with what we had researched, arrived on time, and had us back in the hot water business quickly, a huge relief after days of haggling with other companies. They will be our absolute go-to in the future. Thank you to everyone we connected with there!

We found George Brazil online but had seen them at several different homes in our Area. What a pleasure to work with Sal, Ricardo and Francisco. They all had their work cut out for them as we have an older home. They were easy going, professional and friendly. They had a plan and shared it with us and did what they said. They told us what they were going to do and showed us the pictures of their before during and after. Laughter and smiles were the tools they used to make a difficult situation run so smooth. For any plumbing electrical I would recommend George Brazil.

Francisco and Salvador are true professionals! I needed some electrical work done in my newly built home to hang two 25 inch chandeliers over my custom built (12ft × 4ft) table. Francisco arrived when dispatch said he would arrive. He greeted me at the door and introduced himself. He asked what services I needed, did a survey of my home and presented (3) options. He also asked if I had any additional needs. I told him I had several light switches that I did not know what they were for. He was able to locate the outlets for each switch. Once I selected my option, Francisco went right to work. Eventually Salvador joined Francisco to assist in pulling the wiring. They ran into an issue where the builder of my home had horizontal 2 x 4s blocking the ability to run wire but Salvador came up with a quick solution to have remote control lighting. When they completed the work they cleaned the area and moved the table back in place. I was so impressed, I then asked if they could hang two additional pendant lights in my kitchen and without hesitation they did respond, "Yes". Francisco and Salvador were courteous and gave me peace of mind. This was my first time using George Brazil and I will definitely use them again for my electrical needs.

I own a 50 year old home that George Brazil Electrical technician Richard Ganger expertly retrofitted thereby improving, among yet not only, operation, value, reliability, and safety. Richard's abilities spoke for themself and I confidently invested my money for the future.

This was the most professional plumber I have ever dealt with! Jacob was amazing, honest, and told me exactly what to expect. He was very courteous and respectful of my home and time. I think, no I'm sure I have found my permanent plumbing professionals!
