Nick explained what needed to be done & the cost clearly. His work was excellent and done neatly & efficiently. He is pleasant, polite & cleaned the work areas up nicely when the job was completed.

Best service from start to finish. I highly recommend George Brazil electric and particularly their technician, Francisco Ochoa. My Master Cirquit Breaker went out Sunday eve. Called them about 8 PM and they had a tech at my house Monday by 9AM. Francisco was knowledgeable, professional and very nice. He diagnosed my problem quickly then explained the problem in simple terms with the proposed repair options in detail. He had pictures of my circuit box to show me the problems. During the repair he found there was a voltage deficit, no 240, needed for AC, etc only 120, so he called the electric company and arranged for them to come out within 2 hours. Told me exactly what to check with them before they left and left his card if they or I had any more questions.
In all Francisco went above and beyond. I was ecstatic that he did not leave the electric co to me and did that contact for me. Most service company techs might have told me I had to contact the electric co. Not George Brazil, Francisco took care of every step to fix my problem for me. The service provided by George Brazil Electric smoothly handled a bad situation and took the stress off me. From the time I called to when SRP finished I didn't have to lift a finger. Perfect service.

We have used George Brazil for a few years now and its always been great. This tech we had today Wesley was great, he went above and beyond to take his time to explain all we needed and helped us plan the to-do list we needed to get done. We were able to get all the work done we needed same day, which was so great. Thank you so much!

As usual, had a great experience with George Brazil Plumbing service. Mr. Espinosa Was the tech that came by to do the work he was at my house for about an hour to make repairs under my sink. Great job! cleaned up and explained all the work in detail. My family’s been doing business with George Brazil since 1976 when we were living in Van Nuys California I’ve been doing business with their electrical department as well as plumbing sometimes it’s a little pricey, but it’s worth it. You get what you pay for and these guys are spot on Accurate and have everything on their truck to do the job completely.

Our plumbing issue required three of their guys (Johnny, Jerry and Nate) and as always they did an excellent job! I love that they’re very organized with getting the appointment rolling, keeping us in the loop. Also they not only put booties on their shoes but also on the wheels of any equipment they bring inside.

I had Plumber Wesley Lindstrom work at our house the entire day and numerous projects, including replacing a water heater. He is meticulous, detailed, and answers every question perfectly. I would highly recommend him for future services.

A technician from George Brazil came out to give me an estimate for a water heater replacement. Initially I was having it changed back to gas from electric. A gas pipe was present, but had to be modified to be hooked up properly and I hoped that when the old water heater was removed that it would be possible. Because my house was built in 1970, there were plumbing issues I wanted to address and get updated. The water pressure was too high where it came into the house and I wanted to change out the old shut-off valve. I also had issues with the old faucet in our main bathroom tub/shower. I’ll even had an outside faucet on the side of the house that I thought should be changed. Anyway, there was a lot of work that I hoped could be done in one day. It was asking a lot and I actually thought it was a two day job.

To my surprise, the young man that gave the estimate was the same young man that would be doing the repairs and scheduled it for the next day. He arrived on time and proceeded to tackle the work that we had discussed. From the moment I saw his work on the first part he completed, I knew I was getting quality professional installations. His name is Johnny Espinoza Jr. and he did an outstanding job on every thing he touched. The amount of work on the water heater alone was amazing. He was here all day and even stayed late so he wouldn’t have to come back the next day. So everything was fixed and perfect when he left.

I would recommend George Brazil for your plumbing needs and you might even get lucky to have Johnny do the work. He is a real professional!!!

P.S. George Brazil put a new air conditioning unit on my roof about eight years ago and it was a good experience also.

Francisco Ochoa exhibited Professional skills and a calm, pleasant temperament that resulted in his service call being a very positive experience for me and my husband.
This appointment was the annual electrical inspection. After completing the inspection, etc. Francisco drew our attention to needed services. He priced out costs and we decided to have the smoke detector replaced which he accomplished today. When we decide to replace our fluorescent lighting, we will request that Francisco be the electrician to do that work.

A George Brazil employee rear-ended me, and it took 2 days for a phone call back from their insurance to be referred to another insurance company. Even though their employee was ticketed, their insurance notified us that they had not reported the accident. Therefore all costs are coming out of our personal pocket. This was not a minor incident and happened on the US 60 September 2nd. With disregard for civilian safety, you think the least they could do would notify their insurance of such an incident. Anything to avoid responsibility, which was clearly their fault by the judgment of the DPS officer that cited their employee. If that is how they handle an insurance claim, what do they do if you have an issue with job performance?

Anees from George Brazil, our service technician was totally AWESOME! I've already requested that he return next year to do our annual inspection. He was extremely knowledgeable, polite, friendly, and a very hard worker. He would not leave until we were completely satisfied with the job.

I had the most unbelievable experience with this company. From the phone call to the service all unbelievable. The two gentlemen that showed up at my house Derek and Lorenzo were extremely professional knowledgeable and helped me in my very difficult situation my house was completely backed up and they got it fixed within a short amount of time and a very reasonable price. I highly recommend this business to anybody that has any plumbing issue at your house. I would not look anywhere else except for George Brazil you can't go wrong. Thank you guys you are amazing!

Chris is a great technician. He came over to my house fixing the heater very promptly and had his job done perfectly in about 2 hours. ( he installed a new one for me)

Lorenzo was outstanding from start to finish. He arrived on time and was very professional and friendly. He quickly diagnosed the issue and found that the leak was coming from behind my hose spigot in the backyard. Lorenzo took the time to explain exactly what was happening and what needed to be done to fix it, which I really appreciated.

He completed the repair efficiently and carefully, making sure everything was sealed properly and that there were no more leaks before he left. He also cleaned up the area and made sure I was satisfied with the work. His knowledge, attention to detail, and customer service were excellent. I would absolutely recommend Lorenzo to anyone needing plumbing repairs.

At 1130 on a random Wednesday evening, the main electrical panel on a home I had owned for less than a month failed spectacularly. Sparks, smoke and eventually flames! Managed to get main breaker opened to stop the flow of electricity and put out the small fire that resulted from the arcing. Then, in the complete darkness I started searching for an emergency electrician that might come help before Monday the 12th of never. I chose the George Brazil team primarily because of their overwhelmingly positive reviews. I was not disappointed. I received a call back from Ty Williams, the on call electrician within about 15 minutes of my initial call. He stated he was on his way and would arrive within the hour. He arrived on time and ready to tackle my electrical demons. After a thorough review of my panel, the melted breakers and overall damage, he offered two solutions, neither inexpensive but reasonable and fair with a thorough, knowledgeable explanation of the options available. I decided on the option to completely replace the damaged panel with new equipment. He advised that he would meet representatives from APS and the city of Glendale as early as possible later that morning (by this time it was way into the early morning hours) to get the permits and begin work. He made sure the panel was safe enough to run low amperage plugs, lights and fans to allow us not to have to find alternative lodging in the middle of the night and he departed. He was back bright and early to begin the permit process, he contacted the solar company to advise and correlate with them on the repair. Ty cut through the red tape and bureaucracy that was the solar company, APS and city of Glendale on my behalf, saving me a ton of stress and bother. Within 24 hours, permits were in place and my new panel was installed, without incident, excuses or hassle! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND GEORGE BRAZIL AND ESPECIALLY TY WILLIAMS. When you are in need of an electrical professional, they don’t come any better than TY WILLIAMS. If I could give Ty and George Brazil 10 stars I certainly would! Thank you Ty and George Brazil!
