This is the 2nd time I have had Trident out. 2 different problems. Both handled quickly (both on Sat), efficiently and knowledgeable. They are locally owned and take pride in their workmanship. I will be a loyal customer for any future needs. I highly recommend.

I am fairly mechanically inclined, but I'm also getting to the point where I'm not inclined to do a lot of stuff, and such was the case when I called Trident.

I had several problems come up at once. Since they charge by the job and not by the hour, we had to negotiate what was going to get done now and what was going to get done later.

Their technician, Chris, is very well spoken, very intelligent, and a really nice guy to work with.

Veteran owned with US veteran employees. 100% honest, what you’re quoted is exactly what you pay. No up charges. Over the last 4 years they have installed 2 new toilets, new water heater, instant hot water system and alkaline ROS system and out on a couple of plumbing issues. Service was for replacing filters on RO unit. Had a two hour window for technician to arrive at house. Got a text message from technician when he was on his way. Garrett showed up on time with new filters and quickly replaced the filters, keeping me informed with what he was doing and what needed to be done with flushing out the system. Could not have been an easier process.

Outside water pressure regulator required replacement. Trident came in less that 24 hours and replaced it and adjusted water pressure to the correct level. I’ve used Trident several times before so I trusted them for this repair too.

Excellent service and professionalism. They get four stars from me simply because of pricing. I had them install a utility sink in my garage. I bought the sink to include all the supply and drain lines. Not everything was matched up to the drain line on the wall so they had to do some maneuvering. Anyway, I paid them over $500 for about an hours worth of work. I know times are changing but that is a bit over the line in my estimation.
