Cole is one of my insurance clients. I had an unknown plumbing noise occurring when I turned the water on inside my house which obviously alarmed me because it continued and it sounded like pressure building up. I called a friend who has some plumbing knowledge. He wasn't sure what was happening so I thought of Cole and called him the night before after business hours. Cole answered the phone and had an idea right away what the problem was. He said he could stop by the next morning. As promised Cole stopped by diagnosed the problem and told me the amount to repair which was reasonable. Cole then went to get the part returned and fixed the problem. I pd the bill and no more annoying noise. I would highly recommend Cole and most I refuse to do so because my experiences with contractors and repairman isn't always a pleasant one. Cole also mentioned he not only does plumbing but much more. Next time I have an issue I will call Cole. You should too.

Cole from hotrod plumbing came out to my house on a Saturday morning to fix our leaking water main pipe in the front yard. He was very detailed, got the work done on a timely manner. And his prices were very good compared to other big companies, I would not hesitate to use them again and will be referring them to anyone I can for plumbing repairs

I have used Hotrod plumbing a few times now. Today we used them to replace a refrigerator shut off valve for the ice maker because it was broken and leaking. The owner Cole came out right away to fix it. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was working properly and even pointed out a few things that needed to be addressed but didn’t try to push me into doing them right now. He just pointed them out. Cole and his Dad are very knowledgeable and friendly.A lot of other companies see a woman and try to scare them into doing extra work or try and up charge them but they treated me like I was family. I always give my them recommendations when I hear someone needing plumbing service. Cole thank you so much for all your work.

Great job by Cole with Hotrod Plumbing replacing outside water manifold, that was over 30 years old. Very intricate process, knew what he needed to do job and how to do it. Very professional, which is very much appreciated in todays world of customer service.

From a leaky faucet, to installing our new outdoor shower, to installing a vanity and new sinks and faucets, to adding on a few extra tasks to get it done if he has the time.

Cole showed up for us on Labor day due to a leak in the front yard pipe , he was very professional and got the job done well and then repaired a problem in the kitchen , we felt he was very reasonably priced , and very pleasant young man working with his Dad .

I called Cole on my 3rd plumbing job because he already proved himself on 2 other jobs. With me, you get 1 chance to make a first impression. Cole did just that. Top shelf, A1, First Class are adjectives that don't come close to the level of service Cole provides. We needed a new Tube/shower overhaul and Hotrod Plumbing immediately came to the top of out list. Cole booked our job within minutes, showed up exactly on time, hit the ground running and went right to task. He completed the job within a few hours, Cole is the kind of guy you would trust your kids with, daughter, grand mother etc. He's friendly, courteous, clean and has excellent customer service. Hot rod plumbing installed a new soft water unit and while he was here he serviced my hot water tank.. The best part was that his installation cost was about 65% less than other bids that I received.. He was very knowledgeable and his customer service skills were top notch. I also signed an annual maintenance contract with Hotrod which saved me over $200 per year from my previous company. I highly recommend this company!

Recently had evidence of a prior leak - Cole was able to accommodate us very quickly to investigate. Unfortunately that ended up being a roof issue, but he also fixed some lingering issues with our laundry sink. The work was outstanding, quick and at a very fair price - these days you VERY rarely get all three! Next up is a pressure relief valve…will definitely keep Hot Rod at the top of our list for plumbing needs!

Awesome service! I found this company through Home Depo contractors as I needed to help my parents with a small bathroom project. Cole installed a high sitting toilet for my aging parents as well as fixed the bathtub knob that turns on/off the shower function.

I admit, I was a bit nervous, especially since I’m out of state and unable to be there in person, but Cole keep me informed every step of the way and even sent pics of the before/after!
