Art Sena did our install. He is very knowledgeable, did a clean and neat installation, and cleaned up after the job. He also suggested a carbon filter for the irrigation system, explained how it would clean up our problem and we are having it installed. Great job Art!!

Rick Greene was our sales rep. He explained everything and made sure we understood theirs and our obligations. Working with Rayne has been a very good experience.

Today we had the Rayne Water Conditioning system installed in our home by Mr. Don Gunnell (here in Rio Verde AZ). We are pleased to have this system and Don was so professional and knowledge…the system was installed and functioning in no time flat! highly recommend! I also want to mention what a great job Mr. Rick Greene did when he came to our home to explain how the system works, what it would provide, and how quickly and efficiently he and Christie git us scheduled! We had Rayne install a soft water system last week at our home. Don came to our house to do the installation and did a great job. He was on time, professional and answered all my questions with the system. We are a new customer, but so far, I highly recommend Rayne based on our experience.

I have water softener service and reverse osmosis with Rayne and have been on service for a couple of years. I appreciate the excellent water quality but more than that the excellent service. James has delivered the tanks for softener for the entire time I have been on service. He is a true gentleman, courteous and careful as he navigates my garage. I no longer have to lift heavy salt bags like I did with another service. I really appreciate this trust worthy company!

I have been receiving Rayne soft water service for several years and have always been happy with both the office customer service and the delivery service. I downsized residences after being with Rayne for at least ten years. Signed with Rayne at the new location and was lucky enough to have James again as the delivery person. James is very professional, friendly, always on schedule with a smile and can and provide answers to our questions. If I were a businessman today, I would be trying to steal James knowing he is Outstanding.

This service is really great for me, as I am just renting. James is my service rep/tech and delivers a new tank every month which saves me from getting salt and maintaining myself. Great for an elderly single person. James is really great, very professional, knowledgeable and dependable. I can't say enough about him. The downfall of renting is prices increase, so I am sure when getting too high monthly, I will stop.

I had a Rayne water softener installed in 2017. I’ve had my ups and downs with this unit, having had to have the computer replaced and the resin had to be replaced a couple of years ago. Since then it’s been doing a good job. I also had them install a “Big Blue” chlorine filter. Sun city has terrible water. These units have made the water so much better. One constant over the years has been James delivering my salt. He’s a pleasure, always on time and always a smile on his face. He’s a real asset to this company.

Just wanted to say THANK YOU to the Rayne company for making my water wonderfully conditioned. It shows in showering, cleaning and washing clothes. Also want to say that Scott, who makes the monthly deliveries, is quite the asset for your company. Personable and helpful when asked questions about the conditioning. A good man....! Also a big thanx to Scott for making sure this old man writing this review, doesn't have to haul 40lb bags of salt anymore with those once a month cylinders...!

Had my new softener installed about a week ago by TJ. He did an amazing job installing, was very neat, courteous, and the installation looks great. From purchase to installation, I feel like the Rayne team has taken great care of me. Enjoying our new soft water and am very happy I selected Rayne Water. I signed up for the salt route and would highly recommend Rayne Water to others.

2022 Update: Just a follow up that I have absolutely loved my Rayne water softener. It has been working beautifully over the last couple years and I always look forward to James checking on my system and delivering my salt each month. He is so friendly and a true example of providing amazing customer service. I would highly recommend Rayne to anyone looking for a great system with great service.

James Stevenson has been a route driver for Rayne for over 25 years. James always has a smile on his face and goes beyond the call of duty to deliver the softwater tanks to his customers. Many times he covers other routes when the drivers do not show up. James is the best!

We had to have our water dispenser tightened. Dakota was the technician that arrived and he was right on time. It took him a short 15 minutes to diagnose and fix the issue. Dakota was great and put a long term solution in place by adding a lock washer.

Our Rayne technician, Dakota, did an excellent job replacing our reverse osmosis filters. His knowledge is first rate. We are very pleased with Rayne to service our RO and water softener systems.

Rayne Water softener and RO filter installed today. Chris was friendly, cheerful, and efficient. The installation is neat, tidy, and compact. We are well pleased.
