Iconic garage doors was very easy to work with from scheduling the appointment to getting someone out to fix our garage door springs. Jay showed up on time to perform the work, he did the estimate and a quality replacement of the springs in about 45 minutes. He was very knowledgeable and skilled in his craft. Would definitely recommend Iconic garage door to anyone looking for quality repair in a timely manner.

I made a quick trip to Phoenix to check on a building that we sold and were closing on that day. Of course I open one of the garage doors to clear out an item and the cables snap. I called and no appointments were available but they knew I was trying to catch a flight back home, and I really needed to turn over the building in proper condition. Carl hopped on the phone and found a way to sneak me in. He got it fixed quickly and was a true professional. Really got me out of a jam, and the service from everyone I encountered was incredible.

Jay completed garage door maintenance for us. He let us know when he was arriving. After inspection, Jay detailed his findings & our options for maintenance. He was thorough & did not pressure us in any way. He completed the work in a timely & professional manner.

Logan came out same day, within 90 minutes of my initial call. He was absolutely wonderful to work with.

It is important to note that I was NOT charged a “same day fee” or even a service call fee.

Logan was extremely kind and patient, taking the time to explain the issues behind my garage door not working in understandable (layman’s) terminology.

Logan did NOT Use “HIGH PRESSURE” sales tactics at any point.
He simply advised what was no longer working, and highlighted his observations on other aging parts that might prove problematic in the near future.
When I opted to go with the least expensive options, he accepted my wishes without any additional “upsell” pressure and proceeded to quickly and efficiently repair my garage door,

I also want to note, when meeting repairmen alone as a female, -I have experienced concerning behaviors in the past. Whether it be inappropriate conversation or simply being taken for a easy mark.
Not with Logan, he was both Professional and an Absolute Gentleman!
I felt very comfortable in his presence and never felt he was treating me as a gullible female.

Our garage spring broke last night and I called this morning to schedule a repair, they were able to get me on the schedule same day. Nick came out and was extremely knowledgeable and clear with my options for repair. He was fast and thorough with the repair as well! 10/10 experience.

I called Iconic on the recommendation from my neighborhood Facebook group. My door had come off the tracks, buckled and was hanging loosely. Trevor was at my home within the hour and was able to safely close my garage door. Unfortunately I will need a new garage door. This company is locally owned and offers military and first responders discounts! I am currently pondering which option to replace with and have three good estimates. I am just waiting to get feedback from family members. I wish I knew I needed yearly maintenance to prevent the unexpected expense.

I had purchased a new garage door from Iconic Garage Door Services and I would highly recommend them to anyone that is needing a replacement garage door. Everyone that I had meet starting with their initial inspection team that came out to look at my door and gave me a quote to Kazter Carroll who came and installed my new door I found these guys to be very knowledgeable and courteous and explained everything very well and answered all of my questions. Kazter did an excellent job with installing the new door and had called me 30 minutes prior to arriving. I also felt that Iconic’s customer service was excellent with their correspondence with emails and text messages keeping me informed from the date of signing the contract to the install date.

Jay Godfrey arrived on time, was very personable, told me exactly what he was going to do. He was friendly and professional . He did a great work. We'll definitely use this company again.

I want to thank Jay Godfrey for his prompt response to a call to help our neighbor, a 92 year old widow, with her "squeaky" garage door. Our garage door suddenly wouldn’t open. Someone referred me to Iconic and I am so glad. Jay was here the same day; coming on his way home from work. He and Tyler installed a new garage door opener and even though it was late they took their time to make sure I understood everything I need to know. Highly recommend!!!!!

I have had garage door issues for quite awhile. Have had 2 other companies come here a total of 4 times. We stood up 3x Finally I found Iconic and they sent Lou here the same day! Jay came out and listened to me tell him about my problems with my garage door. He then explained to me what he could do to fix the problem and how much it would cost. I was so impressed with his knowledge of the products he installs. He fixed all my problems by installing new equipment. I am thrilled with the results. Definitely would recommend Jay again.

As always, Nick did a fantastic job! Nick is very courteous and knowledgeable. We had a tune-up scheduled ($29.95 special). Nick contacted us to say that he may be late. During the inspection, he discovered that the spring pad was pulling away from the wall. He corrected that issue and ordered parts for the surrounding seals.
