Five stars all the way around. I talked to 4 pool builders before signing with nuView. My back yard not only turned out exactly as I wanted it, every step of the way, work was completed as scheduled (in spite of a full week rain delay). Between frequent text messages and using Builder Trend, the communication was amazing. My simplest questions and concerns were addressed by Shawn or Austin almost immediately. I knew from day to day who would be showing up and what they would complete while they were here. The crew were respectful, friendly and the cleanup (in the back yard and in my driveway and street) was just great. NuView was extremely thorough in every aspect of the project.
My pool was started when promised and finished when promised.
Thanks to Shawn, Austin and DC, my back yard is my new happy place. This is a great company.

NuView completed our backyard this summer and we could not be happier. From the planning and design through final construction and clean up, the process was smooth. Shawn was great at keeping us informed almost daily on the process. At the end of our project he followed up closely with us to make sure we were happy with every little detail. We just had our pool / spa completed along with hard scape and landscape . Joe , Austin and Cassie were amazing to work with . The entire project was completed in under 2 months . The crews showed up when scheduled , they clean up the work space daily and were incredibly hard working . Cassie helped behind the scenes with many details . Communication was key and the finished product looks like a resort . We could not be happier !!!

We recently had our backyard designed and landscaped by nuView. They did an amazing job with the budget we were working on. Nohi helped our vision for our backyard come to life. He listened to what we liked and didn’t like and presented us with an amazing design under budget! They started on the backyard much sooner then we anticipated and completed it fast and clean! The owner Shawn came by at the end of everyday to see what work had been completed and to see what needed to be fixed after installation. The app they used kept us updated with the progress and a timeline of what we were to expect each day. I highly recommend this company if you are looking for new installs and remodels of your front or backyard.

We had a great experience installing a new backyard with Shawn Palmer and his team at Nuview. We had a blank slate backyard that was completely dirt and were a bit overwhelmed figuring out where to start. We met with multiple pool contractors and landscape design/build companies and chose Nuview due to their responsiveness, creativity with design and flexibility to build in phases. Shawn had excellent communication throughout the project and was onsite daily to oversee progress and keep us updated. He was very attentive to detail throughout the build and treated it like his own. We are very pleased with our pool, spa, travertine, firepit, built in BBQ and softscape. When misunderstandings occurred regarding expectations, they were fair and accommodating in their resolutions. Despite being away for a month during construction—a period when some neighbors experienced issues with other contractors—the nuView team maintained a consistent on-site presence every weekday, and significant progress was evident upon our return.

My wife and I cannot say enough about the truly worldclass service we received from everyone at nuView Pools. They set a bar of excellence and exceeded our expectations at every phase of our backyard project.
Things started with Joe the architect, he listened to our dream and desire for the entire back yard then put it to architectural design and 3d conceptual renderings. He was in contact with us throughout the initial phase of getting all blueprints created, approved and forwarded to the actual construction crew.
Casse, the Administrative Scheduler and Project Owner, also took everything to the next level of excellence as she, made sure that all necessary approvals were obtained and that the master schedule was laid out in a very logical flow and kept us informed on what was occurring.
Austin who oversaw the initial crew that actually dig the pool and all accesses was easy to talk with, answered or questions and was always upbeat.
Then there is Pete the foreman for the pool, landscaping crew. He is by far one of the most customer driven individuals I have ever had the pleasure to work with. His crew was fantastic!
Finally, there is Oswaldo the onsite foreman. All I can say is that I have never met anyone who took humble pride in his crew and all of their work. To say that all were easy to work with and a genuine pleasure to see daily. This crew exceeded every expectation that we had for the finished project.

Sonny and his crew did an amazing job of transforming a once pieced-together patio into a beautiful, consistent travertine-tiled lanai! Not only did he bring consistency to a mishmash of cement, but he also built a custom outdoor kitchen to accommodate our already purchased appliances. He is honest and gets the work done as he promises and within the specified timeframe that he quotes. His crew is personable and show up on time. They left the area clean each day and were even cognizant of protecting our two Shih Tzus! I cannot recommend him too strongly. If you need work done in your yard, call Sonny. You will be happy that you did!

We were stuck trying to get our house on the market. The owner was very responsive and helped by getting us in within a short period of time. They came out and cleaned up our yards and removed dead trees. They turned the property around and made it look amazing.

I've been a homeowner for 20 years and have worked with contractors for all aspects of my homes. They all tend to have characteristics in common: estimates are too low, projects run longer than expected, difficult if not impossible to communicate with and generally, I have a hard time trusting them. That is not the case with BMS. Sonny and his crew are professional, easy to work with and beyond honest. Every step of the way, he explained the process, what to expect, etc and at one point, when we needed to alter the project due to some unforeseen issues with the original plan, he lowered the estimate! It was a situation where he could have easily kept in the extra cost and I wouldn't have known it but he is super transparent. The finished project exceeded our expectations. I shopped around and talked to a lot of people before I hired BMS but they were the ones that were consistently recommended by others and now I know why. You won't go wrong with using them.

Overall, I highly recommend BMS and will use in the future for any landscaping projects. Good, quality work at a reasonable price.
I had BMS install a sprinkler system, sod, paver and a paver border around my back yard. They were reliable, always showed up when they said they would, and completed the project on schedule. Sonny was always available during the project to answer any questions and has been since completing the project when I’ve had questions about watering my sod/grass.
I received several bids for my backyard project and went with BMS for several reasons other than the fair price. I appreciated Sonny didn’t try to up sell me on anything or pressure me, and he didn’t give me the “grimey salesman” feeling when he came to do the bid. Sonny was also the most personable and held to his word of when he would have things to me prior to even starting the project (quote, etc).

Sonny and his crew did a great Job! We have had bad experiences with other landscapers in the past, and we were very impressed with Sonny and his team! He was referred to us by a neighbor and we are so glad! He is communicative, on time, and did excellent work! Will hire him again and can’t recommend enough!

I was looking for a landscaper company to come out quickly to raise my RV gate and fix the landscaping around it. I was in a bind after our first contractor got sick and stopped responding. Sonny graciously came out to check out the project. A few hours later I had my estimate and the next day him and his crew were here getting the job done. I was amazed to find a landscaping company that actually follows through on what they say. I also appreciate that the owner was with the crew the entire time ensuring the work was done correctly. Both of those things are near impossible to find in a landscaping company. Communication was excellent from beginning to end as well! Extremely satisfied with their work and have nothing but positive things to say! Thanks again!

Working with Sonny and BMS Landscape was absolutely amazing!! We are so incredibly happy with how it all turned out! Sonny took on our project with a ridiculously short timeline to work within—to have everything ready for a wedding. Sonny is one of the easiest, most professional people I have ever worked with—he was meticulous with every detail and immediately took care of any issues or problems that arose—as inevitably happens with any remodeling project. I was blown away at his talent, knowledge, professionalism and kindness. He often went the extra mile and was very accommodating with all of the various projects and timelines we had simultaneously going on. I'd rather call them the Queen Creek masters because the work they do is Masterful.
