Owo is a true professional. He went out of his way to accomodate our last minute change. He cleaned all 2300 sf of grout, which now looks brand new again! We would recommend him to anyone.

Owo did an outstanding job of cleaning and sealing our grout. He moved all of the furniture/rugs and replaced them afterwards. We are totally pleased with the results. He is professional, friendly, efficient and a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend him!

Owo is top notch! His work ethic was incredible - he even stayed until after 10 PM on a Friday night to finish a job that we needed complete. I hired Owo to clean and seal the grout at a house we have by ASU. It was rented out to college students so to say the grout was in rough shape is an understatement. At first I was a little shocked at the price but I didn't realize the amount of work that went into it. The cleaning is only a small portion of the cost. Its the sealing (and re-staining the grout) that costs so much because its a very manual process on your hands and knees applying the stain/sealant.
Owo was there from about 10 AM to 6 PM.
He did an amazing job.
The grout and tile has gone back in time and now looks brand new again.
Its pricey, but worth it. If your tile/grout looks really dirty, its really not worth just cleaning it. The grout has to be re-stained and sealed to bring it back to looking new again. See attached before and after pics.

The work is AMAZING. Our floors look brand new! We did not realize the amount of detailed "on your knees" work that is required. To do it right and repair EVERY imperfection, it is hard work. Owo did an amazing job. We would recommend him to everyone. He is a real gentleman who is thorough and very focused on Quality. He gets five stars. We just asked him to take care of our caulking issues in our bathrooms and kitchen. You can't go wrong with Owo.

We are so very pleased with the work Owo performed on our older shower and bathroom floor today. The grout was chipping and cracking and appeared yellowed due to age. Owo did an amazing job cleaning our tile, repairing the grout and sealing the grout. Our 25 year shower looks like brand new. Owo is amazing! And the pictures don’t do justice. I had been going back and forth whether or not to do the color grout sealing due to cost but after lots of research and Owo’s patience I decided to go through with it and I’m so glad I did! My floors look better than when moved into our new build. If you are questioning whether to do it or not, just do it. You won’t regret it!

Amazing work! Groutsmith was incredible to work with. Professional and friendly. Owo spent lots of time with me helping me find the perfect grout shade for my floors. I even added my back splash last minute and he was extremely accommodating. My floors look BRAND NEW. Owo's work on my damaged stonework was exceptional. He went above and beyond to restore it to a near new condition.
