They took time to check on the floor to give a quote and idea of what was needed. He arrived on time and did a wonderful job restoring our travertine. It came out beautifully and he brought the mosaic back to life. Bonus- he came in way less than another valley company we checked out.
    Highly recommend Groutsmith !

Owo did a great job on our floors. I would definitely recommend him. He discussed in detail everything he was going to do and was extremely professional, personable and his pricing is very reasonable. Our floors look amazing and after many quotes I'm so glad we went with him.

I hired Owo and Jamie to do a complete tile clean and grout seal on my tile floor. They also completed a grout color change and repaired some tile cracks. I had one spare tile and Owo replaced a damaged tile with it. The results are great and I couldn't be happier.
It's always the unknown when you hire any company. My first impression is.... is the contractor on time. Owo showed up early for our initial meeting, provided a very accurate quote. Showed up on time for the actual job. To me this means A LOT. Owo and Jamie worked very well together and the job was completed on time.
I have no problem recommending Groutsmith East Valley and would hire them again if needed.
Thanks Owo and Jamie for a job well done !

Randi and his crew at the Edge Pools were amazing. We moved in recently to our new build home in Queen Creek. This sweet kid came to my door and set an appointment for Randi to come draw up my plan. They set a clear plan for the project and executed well. Recommended!

The work was amazing however after they got paid they did not come back to finish the work. They got mad when my husband kept asking them to come back to finish about an hour’s worth of work. Over it. I told my husband to just do the work himself.

We hired The Edge Remodeling for a major project at our home, they completed everything in a clean and professional way and the end results were exactly what we imagined. Highly recommended.

Edge Remodeling hires sub contractors for their work under their license and then does not pay the sub contractors employees after I fully paid for the job the subs performed. I would not work with a company who does this. Employee get paid first. If they cannot control the paperwork of the subs then the accountability is on The Edge Remodeling. Shame on you.

Disrespectful, Uncaring, and disorganized. They used unskilled labor and was asked more than four times to come back and repair drywall and tile issues. When we wrote a review about them, they blamed us, and stated we never contacted them about their issues. We have emails and pictures on file showing how many times we tried to resolve issues, so it is not the customer's fault. They "forgot" tools and made horrible, horrible cuts in our ceiling that needed to be repaired over and over again. The ceiling that they re-did still does not meet the wall, and they turned outlets upsides down, and had HUGE gaps around the drywall and the tiles. They put in chipped tiles, "forgot" to grout large areas, and even laid tile down wrong after we laid it out for them in a pattern that was discussed MANY times with the manager. If you want things done right the first time, don't call The Edge Remodeling. They will blame you for their poor workmanship, and still not get it right.

Hired the edge remodeling to build an outdoor kitchen and fountain in our backward. The fountain and to be totally taken apart and rebuilt after 2 years due to major leaks and poor construction. The outdoor kitchen has needed continue maintenance and several repairs. Really sorry that we choice the Edge Remodeling for our project. Would not recommend them to anyone.

I had a pool designed by Todd and when I called back to speak more I never got any return calls. I emailed the company and did get a response but the lack of professionalism was astounding and to think that I almost spent 65k with a company who is literally fly by night. I located the old salesman and will be contracting with that company instead. Let’s just say the previous sales guy left dues to his customers getting hosed by the Edges. Don’t walk from this company but rather run

I had The Edge Remodeling come out for advice on a design and a quote to do a backyard patio and pool deck. They came out and we had a good conversation on ideas and they took measurements for the proposed design. I was excited to hear they could possibly do the work in my timeframe and would provide a 3D walkthrough design and quote by the end of that week.

When I followed up at the end of the week I was told they forgot about a trade show they were participating in and would have it to me by end of day as promised. That didn't happen.

I followed up on Monday the following week and was again told on how this job was a priority for them and I would see the design and quote by the end of the day. That didn't happen.

I followed up on what I said would be the last time on Tuesday and was met with a more brief response that said I would get the design and quote by the end of the day. That also didn't happen.

It's now the end of week two and I have not heard a word from them. How can I possibly trust a business on such a big job when I can't even get designs or quotes when promised.

They were super helpful on the phone when I called with a Hayward circuit board problem. Told me it would be the next day before they could come out, but then called and were at my door in 2 hours. A 10 minute fix and then spent extra time reprogramming my board that another pool company messed up and we had been dealing with for 5 years! Even gave me a suggestions that I could do myself to fix a few things WITHOUT trying to sell me and over charge me for! Will definitely be calling again and already referred them to my neighbor!

My wife and I have hired the Edge on multiple jobs. I have been in the mortgage industry for over 15 years and I have a huge network of professionals including contractors, handymen, and pretty much anything home related from my many interactions in this business. Of all the contractors I have worked with, The Edge Remodeling was #1 on my list of professionalism, price, performance, and completing jobs on time and on budget.

The first job I hired them for was for a home remodel/flip and we did an entire gut of the inside of the home. They tore out walls, added mosaic tiles, new cabinets and granite counters in the kitchen, new carpet in all the bedrooms, drywall repairs, bathroom refinishing of the tubs, new fixtures/hardware for the doors/bathrooms, brand new paint interior/exterior. All of the work on this job was exceptional and we ended up getting more money for the home than we originally anticipated due to the high quality work that was performed. This job came in on budget and under time frame allowed. It was a great surprise that we were able to list for sale sooner than planned. We also had great communication throughout the job to ensure everything was going as expected.

Another job was for my personal residence and it consisted of landscaping my entire backyard. We went from a complete dirt lot to fully landscaped in just 8 weeks. Not to mention we started the job just before the Christmas holiday and finished in mid February. The job consisted of a 25,000 gallon free-form pool with over 1400 sq ft of travertine, 1100 sq ft of artificial grass, an 8 person grotto with a rear entrance, waterfall and slide and custom lighting on the feature as well. They also did an 8 foot diameter spa with an 8 foot fire feature behind it, a 6 foot firepit w custom stone and sitting area, built-in BBQ with custom stone facing, a custom 2 tiered flower bed, custom lighting, landscaping and more.

We have hired The Edge to complete many small jobs as well, everything from drywall repair, custom lighting installations, stucco, painting, tile work, block wall construction, driveway remodel, interior home remodeling with tile backsplashes.

Every job we've done with The Edge Remodeling has been more than satisfactory and I have highly recommended them to friends and family. I will continue to use their services for any of my home improvement needs as I have received the best service, pricing, and communication in the past. Thanks again to everyone at The Edge and I look forward to our next project.

We hired The Edge remodeling to landscape our entire backyard. This included a pool, 4500 sqft of grass, about 2000 sqft of travertine and add about 1000 sqft of cement. Overall the process was rather painful and very slow. I spent a lot of time trying to figure out why work was not being done, having to alert them to issues in the work being done and needing multiple visits to fix incorrectly installed items. The pool eventually turned out well, the grass needed several revisits to get it all working, the cement was down but was not slanted properly and eventually got foot prints and discoloration. For the money I paid I spent way to much of my own time having to monitor and manage what was happening. Plus my yard was never fully cleaned. This company can complete the job just beware of what you are the homeowner and going to need to do to get it done.

Shady company, I’d keep looking if you’re looking for honesty and integrity. Tyler sold me a 100’ft color changing pool light. Upon opening the box, he’d swapped it for what appears to be a used 50ft light. I immediately called him back and he will neither answer calls or texts now

We hired The Edge Remodeling to do work on our home that we purchased. The inspection report came back with some minor things that were recommended to be done. We got a quote from Randy and date for the work to be done and they were on time and done ahead of time which is always nice.
A few months later we needed our bond beam to be replaced on our pool and the tiles to be replaced. We got another quote and got the work done and we were so pleased with the work and how great Randy and Janae are when getting the job completed. Its nice to know that there are still companies out there that take pride in their work and care for their customers. I refer all my family and friends to them. We cant wait for them to break ground on our new shop on the property this spring!!!
    Thank you

The Edge did a very nice job with my wife and I's home here in Phoenix. They were very willing to work with us when we had questions or concerns, and were committed to making sure we were satisfied with the finished product.
They completed a full kitchen remodel, replacement of flooring throughout the common areas, and installation of two sliding doors to the back of our home. They also replaced sections of our roof that were damaged, and I can hardly tell that the sections are new because they were blended so well.
One criticism is that even with a lot of preparation and planning by my wife and I, the job still took a little longer than expected because of some miscommunication with the granite installer. With that said, we would recommend The Edge based on our experience, and we may even use their services for some landscaping work in the future.
