Their technicians show up every week on time, are friendly and very knowledgeable about their work, and communicate with me clearly about my pool's status and any issues. Tartan Pools' pricing is very reasonable and a good value for what they deliver. My pool has never looked better!

I see these guys everywhere and I decided to call them to take care of my spa. They did a great job and I even signed up for their monthly service plan.

I wasn't going to leave a review, but they sent me 5 emails asking me to do so, so here you go. I'm currently waiting for their office to call me back on a service they said would be done 20 days ago. Our previous pool guy retired, and on recommendation we started regular service with Tartan pools. In addition we had Tartan drain our pool, as it was due, and to replace the drain cover that had cracked and broken off. We waited for 36 hours for the cover to be installed while our pool sat empty, when I called after hours and the owner said to go ahead and fill the pool and they would use scuba gear to replace the cover. I'm still waiting on the drain cover to be installed. Once the pool was full, they sent the tech out to start up the chemicals. That tech sent me a text that everything was up and running, and when I got home our cleaning system wasn't on. I noticed they hadn't filled the basket with water to start the pump, so I called the office. Another tech came out a day or so later to look at the equipment, which thankfully I was home and could observe him, and he clearly didn't know what he was doing. He was on the phone the whole time with someone asking questions about the pool equipment and they were telling him what to do and what to check. Their techs that do the weekly service don't communicate with the techs who do repairs. For example, when our pool was empty, the weekly tech guy showed up to balance the chemicals and had no idea that the pool was empty. I could go on and on, like when they were draining the pool they used a hose with holes, and so water was leaking all over the floor in the garage (our sewer drain is located in our garage) as well as the side of our house. None of this kind of stuff ever happened with our previous pool company. Save yourself the headache and use a different company. And emailing or contacting the office will do nothing to resolve my issue, as I've already called today and they have even called me back to say that they can't get ahold of the tech who was supposed to do the work.

When I first had my pool installed in Arizona I was still living in Alaska and I found Nexus Pools online and also found out that they would email a weekly report on their service of my pool and any maintenance that they did. Being a first-time pool only this really appealed to me and I have been using them ever since. I have continued to use them the last 4+ years and have been nothing but impressed with their quick communication and amazing customer service. In addition to pool maintenance, they have made a couple of plumbing/pool equipment repairs, in addition to coming out that first winter and troubleshooting and re-wiring the heating element that the install electricians did not wire correctly. 5 star service all the way

We have been using Nexis pool care for around a year now. We have been extremely satisfied with their level of professionalism, customer service, and the cleanliness of our pool. Ryan is currently servicing our pool and does a wonderful job. Trent is very personable and we have dealt with him several occasions for more involved maintenance issues and such. So far they have done a good job on the full spectrum of pool care for us from weekly cleanings to repair and maintenance. Highly recommend. :-)

We just had Nexus Pool Care come out and do some major repairs on our pool. They were quick, professional, and courteous. The cost was also very reasonable. We will definitely be using them for any and all of our pool needs. We highly recommend them.

Awesome company! Our home had been vacant for almost a year before we bought it and the pool was a mess. Nexus Pool Care came in and cleaned it up and fixed everything necessary to bring our pool back to life, without charging an arm and a leg. We appreciated them so much that we have continued to use their weekly service. Used Nexus Pool Care for over a year and half on a weekly service basis and never had any problems with my pool. They did a fantastic job and were always proactive with letting me know when gears needed replaced or filters swapped. I thought their service was reasonably priced as well. It would have cost me a lot more to try and maintain it on my own and it'd never be as up to par as it was with them. I'd highly recommend Nexus!

Nexus Pool Care is the best company I use or ever have used for anything currently related to my home. They have been so consistently friendly, honest, and helpful over the last year and a half since a friend recommended them to us. Dallin remembers me when I call and always aims to do what is best for me and my situation. He is incredibly patient with my lack of knowledge related to pools and instead of taking advantage of that he consistently tries to educate me. We have received consistently amazing maintenance from all of his techs. I will say that I've met Drew multiple times in my backyard and he is such a great representative of the values I spoke of above. So grateful my friend recommended Nexus to us, they have spared us a lot of stress as first time pool owners and we are looking forward to using them for as long as their management stays consistently amazing.
