We've been customers of Nexus Pool Care for years. They are dependable and professional. Their response time is consistently quick. It's easy to schedule service when needed, in addition to maintaining weekly service. Their billing system also makes paying payments easy. We highly recommend them!

I have been a customer for 5 years and have always appreciated their prompt responses to any issue related to my pool or it's various equipment. I've had to have equipment replaced, my pool drained, refilled, cleaned and the usual weekly and quarterly filter cleaning and so on.
I never have to worry about my pool. If I have a problem I know that I can call and that someone will get back to me and if they're not about to come out immediately they will usually have some type of helpful advice that I can act on in the meantime.
I've never had any issues with any of their work and all employees have always been 100% professional.
I will continue to rely on them for all my pool needs fully trusting that any issue will be resolved.

I absolutely love the service and up-to-date information that Nexus pools gives me every week. I have been trying to get my pool cleaned and ready to go for company for at least 6 months. It wasn't until I called Nexus that they had my pool Crystal Clear with all the algae spots gone within a week and a half. Our service weekly by Ryan Kottcamp has been stellar. This is the first time in the last three pool companies that I've hired, where I feel that they are actually following through on what they say and promise to do. Thanks Nexus!! My extended family and friends who will be here in a couple weeks from out of state will love swimming in the pool that you guys helped get ready. Nice work Ryan!!!

Nexus Pool Care has taken very good care of us since day one of service. They came highly recommended to us by several people and we are so happy we chose their company to care for all of our pool needs. We have used them for repair/replacement and periodic parts cleaning as well as current weekly maintenance. We are loyal customers and have recommended them to many others as well. Nexus Pools have been cleaning and maintaining our pool for 3 years. The staff they have is very nice and knowledgeable. Our pool is always crystal clear! I highly recommend this company.

I have been using Nexus for almost 5 years now and what sets them apart is their customer service. They are always available to answer questions about my system and come right out and look at and if necessary fix whatever needs to be done at a more than reasonable price. Last fix was for some O-rings and they just charged me the $15 for the parts.

Nexus Pool serviced my home pool for 2.5 years and finally broke my patience. I do not recommend them and the recent story illustrates just some of the issues experienced these 2.5 years.

Early morning Thursday, 9/18, during weekly pool service, my door camera alerted me that the service rep rang the bell. I work from home and was in a meeting at the time so later I checked the door for a note. Nothing. No text, no phone call, maybe they’re having a special? Later that day I received the weekly service email which stated “It seems like the sand filter has a leak” and that they’d send someone to take a better look. I trusted they would send someone for that review but no further communication was received. Days later when time allowed, I went to investigate the pool filter and discovered the equipment had been turned off since Thursday morning. In AZ, in the haboob/monsoon season. I believe this warranted direct notice, conversation, voice mail, text, etc.

The filter pot replacement took 2 days instead of a few hours as the tech ran into “issues” but would not elaborate (was it plumbing, the new filter, something I need to correct in the yard, operator error? No clue). Stuff happens, people are human, just let me know what went wrong and if there's something I have to keep in mind for the future.

Billing was to contact me for payment, instead they ran my debit card on file which wasn’t connected to my main checking account, causing an overdraft (I had just replaced the card on file as my previous account was compromised and a new card shipped on another account while fraud investigations took place).

When work was completed, the tech came to the door saying the equipment would run at 8 pm as previously scheduled. Unfortunately, he actually failed to turn the equipment back on , so the pump wasn’t running for an additional week until the service rep came for routine maintenance.

But they did give me a $100 discount on the $1867 invoice due to the service rep neglecting to communicate that he turned off the equipment on 9/18. How generous. As a note, when I called to cancel after 2.5 years, they did not ask why. They know.

I’ve been using Nexus Pool Care for several years now, and they have consistently provided exceptional service. They’re reliable, professional, and always keep my pool looking spotless and running perfectly. It’s hard to find a company that delivers this level of consistency and attention to detail year after year, but they absolutely do.

I truly appreciate the great communication and the peace of mind knowing my pool is in good hands. I fully plan on continuing to use Nexus Pool Care and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for dependable, top-quality pool service!

A great company to use if you’re looking for a reliable and quality cleaning company. They did an initial walk through and were very informing on what they felt were key focus areas. They came back the following week to perform a deep clean and my wife and I were pleased with their attention to detail and quality work. They are very reasonably priced as we had numerous company’s give us quotes and Show Me Clean gave the best price. We will definitely be using them for any future cleaning needs.
