These guys are great. I always get great service and if something is not right they make it right quickly. I love the communication weekly about my pool and they are very transparent and honest about what is needed. Somet7mes a little slow in getting things fixed butbtherebisnusually communication regarding it. They don't pressure you to do things you dont need and they work with you when major things are needed to by time to save money for it.

We’ve gotten to use Nexus Pool Care once for our initial filter clean post build last year. Since then we’ve maintained ourselves. I reached out to them to schedule maintenance (to make sure everything is good, filter wise, pool equipment wise) via their contact form online. They emailed back saying that they didn’t have time to help as they only are focusing on their regular clients. It’s a bummer that just because we choose to do our own weekly maintenance, that our business isn’t wanted. As much as I’d love weekly care off of our hands, our budget won’t allow for it and it stings when pool companies won’t even try to meet you in the middle and see if a quick stop at our house is anywhere within their normal route.

Everyone at Nexus Pool Carr takes great care of our system and keeps the pool nice and clean. They often let me know long before I know of any issues and fix it for me at a fair price.

I’ve used Nexus a couple times now and they have been great both times. The gentleman that came to my home took the time to answer all my water questions and made sure I’m dialed in for pool season!

Logan came out several days before my appointment to get my system running so the pool wasn’t getting worse every day. Then on my appointment day a tech came and took care of everything while I was gone and send me pics of everything they repaired and cleaned. I love this company!!! Thanks so much!

Showed up on time for every appointment. They were way cheaper than 3 other quotes I got! Drained my pool....cleaned the tile buildup....replaced the pool light and fixed the aerator!! Highly recommend!! Call them!

I have been a customer of Nexus Pools for several years now. They are an amazing company with integrity with knowledgeable staff and are consistent and thorough in providing pool maintenance each month. When something breaks or goes wrong with the pool and needs repair, a written quote is emailed and you can either decline or accept or pick and choose what is right for you at the time. They will advise you on what is absolutely necessary to maintain the proper service of the pool and what is a good idea, but not mandatory. The business office is flexible and easy to work with. I highly recommend Nexus Pools!!

I can always count on NEXUS pool care technicians to take care of my pool. They alert me to problems and offer solutions. Once a problem has been identified they are quick to resolve the issue. Great staff. Highly recommend.

I have relied on Nexus Pools for our pool services for well over 5 years now. They are like clockwork and always ensuring our pool has the service and care it needs to stay crystal clear and in good working order. I have asked some dumb questions over the years - and they are always so helpful and give us options on how to move forward. Having an older pool, things come up and you just have to have someone in your corner who knows what they are doing - Nexus Pools is the company to do that with!

Nexus has been servicing both of my houses in Queen Creek for the past decade plus. The service techs and owners are amazing and have solved every issue that has come up from filter, pump and manifold repair to full replacement. After every cleaning i receive a full report with chemical levels and before & after photos. I highly recommend Nexus!

Nexus Pool Care has taken care of my pool years. Not only are they very reliable, but they have gone above and beyond in the service of my pool. That has included repairs beyond the expected service on weekends when an issue has arose!

Nexus literally saved us from death by pool. Our previous pool care company was a complete nightmare and probably the most dishonest company we have ever done business with. Our pool was literally NEVER clean or balanced. We have been with Nexus for over a year now and they have been fantastic since day one. I forgot what it feels like to not worry about our pool all the time :)

Nexus Pool is fantastic! Amazing service and they really know what they are doing. From equipment maintenance to pool cleaning, they go above and beyond. I also love that after each visit they email a detailed breakdown of the chemicals added and different ph and chlorine levels of the pool. They also provide before and after photos of the pool showing the work done that day. Excellent service and highly recommend!

I have to shout out Nexus Pool Care as a great pool cleaning service company in the East Valley! They go above and beyond for their customers and they offer a great service. Reliable, competitively priced, and they have a customer for life!

Everything was fine. However, I would appreciate the person using the hose to be more careful. The cover to a light was knocked off by the hose an not replaced and the hose was not put back on the rack correctly. Not a big deal but also not necessary.
