Raymond was sent to my home from my home warranty company. I searched online for the company reviews and was impressed by all the good reviews. Raymond called me 3 hours after I opened up the e ticket with the home warranty company and scheduled to come to my home the next day. He showed up, very professional and checked out the unit, which started working. He added some Freon and told me if anything happens that I can call my home warranty and they will dispatch him back out.

I will definitely recommend his services to my friends and family when they need a good A/C tech.

AZ A/C and Heat Services went above and beyond when we had an emergency A/C outage late on a Sunday afternoon during a holiday weekend, no less! Every other local company either refused to come out until Tuesday or wanted to charge an outrageous emergency fee. But AZ A/C showed up promptly, diagnosed the issue, and got us up and running quickly and professionally.

Our A/C went down early in the morning. I got a referral to AZ A/C and Services from my neighbor. They arrived around 10am and quickly diagnosed the problem and had our unit up and running in about an hour on the hottest day of the year. Very courteous and trust worthy. I will hire them again!

The tech named Fred was the consummate professional. He is knowledgeable and the work was done cleanly and quickly. He even showed me before and after pics, so that I learned what repairs were done. I will definitely be using him again for my A/C.
