Had my AC go out last night and by 7:00am the next morning I had a response back and appt scheduled. Ryan showed up and was very professional. Diagnosed the problem and was able to fix it and get my house cooling again in less than an hour. I actually had them also replace the thermostat with a new wireless one I can use with my phone and he helped set that up and get a schedule in place. Great job Ryan I would highly recommend! This company is awesome! We’ve been using Ralph and Innovative for years now. We had a brand new Trane installed for way less than any competitors at a rental property. The unit works great and the install was quick and clean. This is an amazing small company and Ralph is super honest and goes above and beyond!

I bought a Nest to upgrade my thermostat. I tried to but couldn't install it. After some research and shopping around, I decided to go with Innovative Air, as they were also deemed a "Nest Pro". I scheduled a service call, they said Saturday between 2-3pm. I planned my day accordingly. I went to the gym and they text at 11:50am to tell me they were on their way. I didn't have my phone on me and when I called back an hour later, they said Ralph had already been to my house and we could reschedule because "it would be extremely difficult to come back out to your area today." You know, somewhere around 2-3 like I was originally told. So I cancelled the service call all together without so much the slightest effort to keep the sale or customer.

It was time for a new air conditioning unit when mine stopped running.  I was in a pitch but wanted to leverage my home warranty.  As a new homeowner, working with the home warranty company was nerve racking at first.  I didn’t like the guy the home warranty sent out as he only seemed to do a minimal inspection of my unit and left after 15 minutes.  I wanted someone I could trust so I asked my friends if they knew someone who could help.  One of my friends insisted I call Ralph and he was able to walk me through the warranty process.  Ralph got me a Trane unit for a really good deal and helped me have my insurance company pay for a portion of the new unit.  I’m glad someone was able to help guide me on how to deal with my home warranty.

I had issues with compatibility changing from my Honeywell thermostats to Nest thermostats. Contacted Nest support and though everyone was friendly and very patient they were unable to diagnose a compatibility problem. I had very popular Honeywell thermostats and when wiring the nest, followed all directions. The heat would come on when it was supposed to be cooling. Nest techs Had me trying to switch some wires around but to no avail.
They suggested I either return the Nests or call for a pro to come out. I don't give up that easy so I went on your sight and searched for a "Pro" near me. I found Innovative Air and after reading the reviews on Ralph I felt I found the right guy. I was RIGHT! Ralph over the phone, walked me through the wiring for the Honeywell to Nest. He knew exactly what to do and waited until I tested it. When it still didn't work he asked if the Nest techs had me change any programming for the O/B wire. I told him they did and he walked me through re-programming in about 5 seconds.
Turned it ON and we had COLD AIR!
He never charged me, never came out and fixed what the techs that WORK for Nest couldn't do! I don't know Ralph but he is a very knowledgeable A/C tech and even more so a Smart businessman. I respect that and I will make him the first call when I need A/C repair in the future.

Martin and Ralph did a great job fixing my AC. There was an issue with it delaying. They were able to get to my house quickly to resolve it. They did a great job explaining the situation and letting me know my options including warranties and rebates. Definitely recommend!

I got a nest 3rd gen thermostat from my Boyfriend for Black Friday. I was stoked to upgrade to a smart thermostat. I just did not know how to install my new thermostat, I called to have it installed and they sent Martin out within 4 hours of having called to schedule an appointment. He did a phenomenal job installing the thermostat and it looks great on the wall. I'm glad I found a HVAC company that is very knowledgeable and trustworthy.

Kudos to Ralph today. He was unavailable on a very busy day but was willing to telephonically walk me through troubleshooting my problems with installing a Nest thermostat. He predicted that the problem would be an inexpensive air handler fuse that blew.
Because he was unavailable, I had another HVAC contractor show up. Indeed, what Ralph predicted was the problem was indeed the problem. Although he was unable to show up for the job, Ralph checked back with me a few hours later to see if I got my new Nest system up and running and wanted to know if I needed any further assistance. What a class act! I'm not sure why these Google reviews only show 6 reviews while another of his shows over 150 positive reviews. Regardless, Ralph gets two thumbs up and five stars from me for being honest and caring about the welfare of others -- even those who did not hire him. That speaks volumes for his integrity, and I would hire him in the future in a heartbeat.

Needed some help installing a nest thermostat. Kept getting an error I couldn’t fix myself (e74). Ralph showed up on time and had things fixed in about 25 minutes. He was professional and courteous. I hope Innovative air does more than just nest installs because they’ll have my business!

This is a company that defines excellent customer service. Twice in the past week or so, I’ve reach out and spoken with Ralph about different needs. Although the first one wasn’t a true emergency, he set up an appointment for Jay to come out on Saturday morning. Jay arrived exactly on time, took care of swapping out our thermostat, quickly, efficiently and was a pleasure to get to know.

About a week later, we had the emergency - it’s 6 pm, and the thermostats to our other two units now won’t work because we cancelled our security system (ATT/Digital Life - that’s a whole different review) and they refuse to help use. I texted Ralph, explained the scenario, and he was able to get Anthony out to us within about 90 minutes. Anthony changed the thermostats for new ones, and blessed air conditioning was back on minutes later! Anthony was so nice, he took care of the work quickly.

I really can’t say enough about the response time, customer service and quick work done by Ralph, Jay and Anthony. They represent their company so well. To know that I can reach out and not only get a response, but a service call, so quickly speaks to the quality of their organization.

I recently moved into a new house and needed to install a new Smart Nest thermostat. I inquired online and had a technician in my house thirty minutes later, with the work complete to perfection within an hour of my inquiry. Cannot recommend these guys more!

Wonderful experience with Ralph of Innovative Air. He allowed for flexibility in the timeframe of service, was very knowledgeable about the install, and even gave some other tips about maintaining our HVAC unit. Would highly recommend this company.

Got stuck installing a Nest thermostat and reached out to Innovative Air for help. Ralph texted back to ask about my problem. He then offered to come out and fix it, or help me do it. How cool is that!? After sending him a few photos, he did the troubleshooting and prescribed a solution. It worked like a charm. Congratulations to Ralph and his company for their integrity. Great service. We were trying to connect the “c” wire from the air handler to the thermostat and had no luck with the company we’d been using. Ryan from innovative came out and got it done in 10 mins. No more worries about the thermostat going out in the middle of the summer!

I saw a few reviews saying Ralph didn’t show up on time and they were upset. I can understand that and that is frustrating.

However, I would guess his lack of availability has to do with how good his work is, and how friendly he is.

I called him to help with a Nest that I messed up. He told me straight up he is booked solid for two days but can try to help.

He let me text him pictures of my equipment and walked me through the process for free! He said that he felt bad he couldn’t get out my way and wanted to help no matter what.

For those questioning ethics of Ralph, answer this question: Name a business that could make money off of you, but decided to give you their expertise for free?!

We aren’t talking a few texts either. It was more like 3 phone calls, 30 texts, and 90 minutes of him walking me through. He’s amazing.

Incredible service, friendly and quick. Was able to schedule same day service and showed up early for appointment. Due to my old Honeywell being a proprietary system I needed rewiring at my HVAC Controller in the attic. Ralph was very friendly even with my 3 year old trying to help. The rewiring was done in 10 minutes. He helped fully install 2 nest thermostats and 3 temperature sensors including adding them to my Nest app. Once installed he explained how everything worked. Could not have asked anything more from a company and service technician.

Innovative Air was recommended to me from a co-worker. Ralph called before they came out and asked about my situation and what I was looking for. Seeing how I needed a new A/C a week before Christmas, I was looking at the best deal for the best quality. I had 7 estimates and his was the lowest on a Trane. They came out on Wednesday and my install was on Friday. Ryan and Martin made sure all the air flow was working great and answered all of my questions. Anastasia was also awesome coordinating my budget and getting it all organized. I will definitely be recommending them to everyone.

I highly recommend working with Ralph at Innovative Air. He saved me time and money at a very desperate and vulnerable time. I purchased a nest through a second party vendor who apparently just slapped in on the wall and left. My a/c was blowing nothing but hot air and my home was 88 degrees. Great services available with affordable pricing. Was given a fair amount of information based on different repairs, reasoning for certain repairs and ways parts can go bad and how to prevent certain issues that can arise in a variety of circumstances.

Recently I gutted and renovated a property that I had closed on.  Ralph, Ryan, and Martin were out all day replacing two AC units.  I contacted over 5 companies who specialized in Air Conditioning and after speaking with Ralph I was sold.  Ralph was the most honest of all the companies I spoke with, and he was going to install a Trane unit.  He had the most competitive pricing and took great care of me.   Its hard to find a guy like Ralph.  After seeing how hard all the employees work to remove and install my two new units, I know who I will be calling anytime I have Air Conditioning or heating issues.  I’m stoked I found an honest company I can trust and rely on!

Ralph and his team were incredibly quick to respond to my request, and able to accommodate in the same day!!! The technician that they sent out Anthony was friendly fast efficient and went above and beyond in every way. Ralph himself is a pleasure to deal with and conduct business with integrity, kindness, compassion, and understanding. I would recommend innovative air to anyone for anything that they need done. I needed my nest doorbell installed and that was a very simple task for them to do but it still was done with the upmost Professionalism and done enough terrific way. The installation is perfect the product works perfect, you can’t even tell an old doorbell was there. I can’t say enough good things about this business if you’re looking at another business don’t simply use Ralph and innovative air!
