I work as a property manager and oversee a dozen properties.  Ralph and his company have done numerous repairs and provide outstanding results.  He is always on time and someone I can truly trust.  He has been there for me when my home insurance company wanted me to wait four days before they could get out to examine the problem with my AC units.  Ralph stands behind his work and I continue to support his family business, not only to mention he is also a veteran.  I appreciate the incredible work he’s done and thank him for always being there when I need him!

We had the Nest Hello and Hub since Christmas and finally decided to get a pro to install it. BEST DECISION EVER!
I didn't know where to go so I did a query on the Nest Pro site, asked for three estimates.
I got one estimate, one redirect to a website to request an installation (yes no other information), and from Innovative, I received a text message . In that text message I was asked more pertinent questions that were specific to the installation request, and really should be required in order to size the installation and to quote a request properly. I responded. Then Ralph texted me and asked if I would like to schedule an installation. We worked on a date and time, which was the following day, and he told me the price. Reasonable and direct. I liked it.
The next day Ralph was running late, so 30 minutes before our meet time he contacted me and told he was running late. He asked if I wanted him to come when he was done at the current job or reschedule. I was fine with him coming later. He came, he was nice and personable and he got busy right away on the installation. He was confident in the product and in how to install it (that was great because I wasn't). He owns the product and has had experience in installing many of them, so he was able to provide hints and tips during the installation. I found that very reassuring and helpful. In about 30 minutes the installation was complete, Ralph left with the Hello door bell and Hub operational. We were having fun watching how the cat reacted to us talking to him through a glowing circle light on the wall. Regardless of our entertainment choices, Innovative Air is a great Nest Pro installer. You cannot go wrong with selecting them. Ask for Ralph he was great and can give you valuable tips on the setup and use of both of the items.

Excellent service! Ralph is very knowledgeable and has years and years of experience with HVAC. Don't waste your time and money calling other companies. Ralph came to our house on the same day and fixed our AC system issue in like 15 minutes. We are so glad we used this company and very satisfied with the results.

First time I used Ralph it was because I screwed up a Nest thermostat installation. It was later at night and he couldn't come across town, so he instead helped me over the phone. Walked me through step by step what I could do to get my AC working again in August. Who does that? I am forever indebted to him for that.

I've had him service my rental property and my home three times since then and is always easy to communicate with and quick to complete service. I recommend him to everyone I know. Thanks again Ralph!

Great customer service! First, Ralph answered his phone when I called...it was nice to actually talk to someone and not have to wait for a call back. Second, he came out within a few hours and was very accommodating to our schedule. Third, we were expecting that we would have to replace our 16 year old units based on their history. But when Ralph told us it was an easy..and inexpensive...fix due to a bad part we were so relieved! He didn’t have the part with him but went and got one and returned less than 30 minutes later. We also asked about the Nest thermostat and he explained the benefits and advised us how to get the best purchase deal. He was professional, friendly and honest.

Ralph was extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Despite my many DIY efforts to install some Nest thermostats, nothing seemed to be working. Within 5 minutes of being on site he identified the issue, fixed it, and before 20 minutes had passed we had the thermostats installed and ready to go. Will definitely be using again in the future.

Had a great experience with innovation air. I received a prompt response when I inquired about service for my AC. Ralph was able to get me scheduled the next day. Ralph was able to resolve my AC issue quickly and for a very reasonable price. Ralph also provided me with information on maintenance for my heating and cooling system. I will definitely be calling them again with any future issues.

Needed a new air conditioning unit in Queen Creek. Ralph was fast to get us estimated and priced. The deal was too good to be true. We purchased a brand new r-32 Amana 17 seer hvac system. Installed in one day, clean job and explained everything we needed to know for rebates and usage. We also received a brand new Wifi thermostat with the deal. In love with it! Ralph was amazing! I was installing two nests, got wires mixed up, called innovative air at 10pm and by 6am Ralph was texting me and helped me through the entire process! Definitely going to be using his services moving forward!

Ralph installed my Nest thermostat about 4yrs ago, and I’m glad I kept his card! When I came home last week to a hot house, I called Innovative Air & Nest Pro again to check out the issue. Turns out the compressor was shot on my old unit and I needed a new unit. He gave some quotes and after making a few calls and finding similar pricing, I called Ralph back to schedule an install. He had the crane & Ryan out the very next morning. By the afternoon, Ryan had the new unit installed and cooling my home again. Both Ralph & Ryan were very professional, and I would very much recommend Innovative Air & Nest Pro.

I would highly recommend Innovative AC and Ralph. I left a message for Ralph at 8am on a Wed morning and he called me back within 5 minutes. He was able to get one of his technicians, Ryan, out the same day around 10am for a Heating issue. Our issue ended up being a simple fix but rather than just finish the job there, Ryan, took the time to run full diagnostics and adjust the gas pressure to ensure it was running at optimum levels. He was both professional and honest about the assessment. Ralph then followed up soon thereafter to ensure everything was satisfactory - which was much appreciated. The pricing was very fair too. Thank you, Ralph. We will use your services again in the future.

Ralph came out and not only installed two new Nest Pros, but also showed me how to use them in a matter of minutes. They were professional and extremely kind, and we will be using them again!

This is my second experience with Ralph, and both have been positive. During the most recent visit, I had a problem with some of the bedrooms not cooling down, making it very uncomfortable. Ralph promptly identified the problem and resolved it within a few minutes at a significantly reduced cost compared to other companies. I highly recommend Innovative Air.
