They installed a water softener for us and they were attentive, thorough and professional from the estimating process through installation and everything in between! Rich and Jason were a pleasure to work with!! I highly recommend this company!

Very happy with the service Streamline Plumbing provided for us.They were quick to respond, very reasonably priced and really came through on a pinch. Hoping to meet Rich & Jason from Streamline under different circumstances...No Hot Water Ugh! I did a search of local plumbers and found Streamline, not only did Rich answer the phone very early this am, he resolved our issue (he found out our water heater under warranty) and he and Jason installed our water heater the same morning! Honest company! They do what they say they will do! Personable,efficient and clearly hardworking! I highly, highly recommend them and will suggest Streamline Plumbing on our vendor directory for our neighborhood 👍⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Nobody enjoys these homeowner surprises, but Streamline Plumbing made it easy!

This review is long overdue. Rich with Streamline Plumbing is the BEST! He is always responsive, does a thorough job, and fair pricing for his work. It can be hard to find a dependable and knowledgable plumber for all of your needs. No matter the issue, he rocks.

My hot water heater went out on a Friday evening of a long holiday weekend of course. So I called several places Saturday morning around 8 am think I would have any luck but, Rich with Streamline plumbing text me right back. Was at my house by 10:30 like he said he would be. Replaced my hot water heater within an hour and did a great job. I got him on speed dial for anything else I may need. I would definitely recommend him to friends, relatives or whom ever would need service. Thanks again Rich, it was a pleasure.

UPDATE…after they installed my water heater I asked Jason about the sound of water running in my walls that I hear for a month or so. Jason immediately said it might be a slab leak in the pipes going into the foundation! Freaked me out! Rich told me about a company called Leak Detector. This all happened on a Friday and on Monday Alex from Leak Detector came out and within 30 minutes found the exact area where the leak was occurring. Thank goodness it wasn’t on the walls, just going into the foundation. Insurance wouldn’t cover this leak but fortunately Rich sent Jason back and after cutting away the wall he found the area.

Rich gave me 3 options. I chose the least damage to my home which also happened to be the best price! I now have hot water which I didn’t have when the leak was occurring. I am VERY GRATEFUL to Streamline Plumbing for their excellent work, timeliness, honesty, follow-thru but more important, I have new friends! They are my plumbers for life!

1 more thing…a week after they finished repairs to the lines, Rich contacted me to make sure all was well! I assured him that everything was working as it should be! Thank you Rich and Jason at Streamline Plumbing!

Streamline Plumbing is an incredible company to work with! Honest, dependable and thorough! Jason arrived on time and was very helpful and even though I had a small space for him to work in, he changed out my 50 gallon tank in less than 90 minutes. I am so grateful to have hired this company. Their pricing also helped me in my decision. Jason Arrived in time, very polite, took the shoes off when we told him we do not wear shoes in the house. Just above ]and beyond. We tried to install a new facet and water filter ourselves. It didn't go well. We contacted Streamline Plumbing online yesterday. I didn't expect a response until today. But, Rich the owner, contacted my late yesterday. We communicated this morning and he as able to fit us in today!!! Jason came out and was very professional, personalbe and efficient. I had a faulty tub spout that came off as a friend was showering and I contacted streamline plumbing to see if they could help. They came out the next day and had incredible communication with me. Jason was absolutely amazing and so nice! I would highly recommend streamline plumbing to everyone. They were fast, had great communication, and are amazing at what they do. I really admire their craftsmanship. I’ll definitely be using them again in the future!!

We had rusty water for 3 years. 5 previous plumbers couldn't solve our problem. Rich solved it by replacing the water heater which was rusty on the bottom. It didn't show up when the tank was drained. Great service.

Rich, the owner, was quick, thorough, and effective. He got in and got out, answered all of the questions that I had, and was willing to even look at other issues around the house and didn't make a big deal of it.

Needed to replace my washer valves before I installed a new washer. Contacted Rich and he was able to get me on their schedule for the next day. Jason came to our home and replaced the valves. He was very professional and did a great job. He was even able to go down the street to replace my sons bath tub cartridges. It is hard to find a reliable plumbing service. I finally found one that I will always use. Highly recommend them for your plumbing needs. It also doesn’t hurt that Rich is from Wisconsin.

Rich is so easy to work with. He gave me a quote almost immediately when my water heater broke in the winter. From about 10 different companies, who wanted to come and charge me money for the quote, Streamline Plumbing was the fastest and easiest to work with. And the quote was free! The price was very reasonable and he provided all the details promptly. At that time, we were able to fix it ourselves. In a half a year, it broke again and we just decided to replace it. I reached out to Streamline Plumbing right away and Rich was super fast and courteous. The quote was given very fast, all I had to do is send a few pics of my heater. Within a week, I had a new water heater installed and it looks fantastic with all the code requirements met (my old one did not have a drainage pan). Service was fast and very thorough. Wow! We had a great experience. We had our hot water heater replaced before it went completely out. We received a quote, Richard was super communicative via text (my choice since I was working), was able to get us in the next day! Morning of, got a text confirming time and arrived promptly. Richard is professional and very knowledgeable and answered a few additional plumbing questions. He’s very nice, cleaned up which was barely anything on the ground. We would 100% use Streamline Plumbing again.

Well first of all, this was the best plumbing experience I’ve ever had. I would give them a fifty star review if I could. We had a hot water tank crap out in the middle of the night and RICH walked me through how to turn off the hot water side of the tank to avoid a catastrophe. He came out the next morning and in less than two hours we were totally back in working order! I cannot recommend them enough!

The team was EXCELLENT to work with. The coordination was spot on, the work was done to my exact specs and they cleaned up and hauled away the demolition debris. Highly recommend
