Cale was able to get us on his schedule super fast! Also, showed up right on time, unlike a lot of companies who tell you they will be at your home between 9-3 and show up at 3. He figured out what was causing my issue fast, and was super understanding about my messy house with 2 small kids. Will be using him for any plumbing issues in the future.

Excellent experience! My hot water heater failed, and Cale was on-site to take care of the repair in less than 24 hours. Friendly service, and the work was done right the first time.

Excellent work and customer service. They replaced our front and backyard water spigots, both were leaking. They had to access the backyard spigot by cutting a hole into the wall under our bathroom sink. They removed and re-inserted the drywall to minimize the patch repair we would need. They also did a thorough job cleaning up afterwards. We will definitely be using ServWorx Plumbing for all our plumbing needs in the future.

Frank and Cale showed up in the middle of what can only be described as a disaster. :-) we were renovating our floors and while they chipped away a tile we realized that the valve behind the refrigerator was broken. I called five or six places before I spoke Frank at Servworx. I told them my problem and they said they'd be there in an hour. They showed up in an hour. :-)

Frank assessed the issue and told me what needed to happen and gave me a price pretty much right there on the spot. I told him it was okay and he went and got the parts came back did the job and it was all done within an hour.

In this day and age people forget what good service looks like and I'll say that I will definitely have them back in my house to do more work. Great company and really solid people!

We had a wide range of services provided. We purchased an older home and found it had "a lot of history" We are thrilled with our service and upgrades.

Servworx coordinated with the City Of Tempe for a shutdown of water to our building and for other surrounding Buildings to replace an 8 inch valve on a backflow.
Great coordination, did it late in the evening to wear it didn’t affect tenants, completed a job in three hours.
$5800 well spent on a large 8 inch valve, including Labor. Good job that allowed them to continue testing the fire Backflow tested and completed the report to the City Of Tempe great job as always.

When I need a plumber again I will call ServWorx. I just bought an old home with original iron plumbing and found out after the inspection that the P-Traps wouldn’t hold water. Only fix was to Jack hammer up the concrete, dig under the foundation and under the exterior wall to install all new pipe. These guys got every bit of iron pipe out of my house and they did it for half the cost of a big name company about town. His guys started the next day after calling, got the job done quickly and the work was very professional. There’s nothing more I could ask of this company. Use with confidence.

We had a great experience with Cale/ServWorx! They were punctual, communicative, professional, and really knew what they were doing. They installed our reverse osmosis, explained everything clearly, and got the job done efficiently. It’s hard to find honest and reliable service these days, but they really delivered. Fantastic service. Contacted Cale mid-afternoon on a Friday for a water heater issue. Came to my house within a few hours and by Friday night I had a new water heater running. Nice guy and got the job done quickly. Highly recommend!

washer wasn’t draining properly after a new set of washer/dryer. crew came by and fixed draining system on house and a few other repairs! very quick and responsive. good communication! fair price! honest work!

I would not recommend this company if you are on a timeline to get things accomplished. My experience with them is that they don't show up on time. When they do show up they accomplish one item and leave. Because of their lack of professionalism and timeliness we have failed our city inspections. A city inspection that we have told them all week long was going to take place. They cannot be counted on and I will not recommend them to friends or other neighbors building in the area.

Once the owner found out about the situation he really stepped up to the plate. He brought a whole crew over to get everything completed. They even brought over a new water heater at last minute when the one we bought was a lemon. We passed inspection. Thank you for rectifying this situation.

Wow! This company is amazing! Prompt service and answered all my questions without talking down to me! Hudson was our service guy. It is not every day, repair people come into our home and are just all around good! San Tan Plumbing was assigned via our home warranty company to fix a leak in our toilet. Dan called ahead of showing up, thought it was a seal issue, went to Home Depot, came back to learn the whole thing needed to be replaced. He ran back to HD, got a new one, came back and installed it. Extremely professional and effective. Next time I have a plumbing issue, I'll be sure to request Dan from San Tan.

Rich came out to give me a quote for running water and drain lines for an ice maker install, giving me a few options for the best way to go. A couple of days later Jason came out and did the install. Both Rich and Jason were friendly and professional. Jason did a clean and quick job and we are very happy with the results. I would not hesitate using them for future plumbing needs and highly recommend them.

Called streamline to get an estimate on filtering the water in my house and they were really accommodating and professional. No hard sells, no bs, just gave me options and then came and did great work at a great price. Will definitely use them again!
