Cale and Brandon came out immediately at night when we had a whole home backup/clog. They went above and beyond by telling us some other issues we potentially may have from when our home was built. Very kind, professional, and reasonably priced. I would recommend them and we will use them in the future for any plumbing needs.

Another plumbing company could not clear the drain and recommended ServWorx. The crew came out, assessed the issue and got to work. They were able to open the drain and found the real issue of a cracked pipe. These guys are excellent!

Very efficient service for a 20 year old toilet. Brandon new exactly where to get a replacement. He also recommended as preventative maintenance to replace the angle valve at the wall as they typically leak over time due to hard water. Very pleased with the efficient service & price!

Brandon and Coy were on time. They were polite and friendly. They both started immediately and their work was satisfactory. The cost was a little higher than I expected it should have been but I was given a quote prior to the appointment. I would recommend them and would hire them again.
My original review was a 4 star. It was due to the cost, which was slightly higher than I felt it should be. It was not the service itself. Cale, the owner, took the time to call and politely inquire about my review. After our discussion I feel they deserve a 5 star.

The pipe outside my house burst. Cale from ServWorx came in after hours and fixed it in a jiffy. Very reliable service. Will recommend to anyone looking for emergency plumbing problems in the Queen Creek area.

Update: had some more work dine because of a toilette and hot water heater issue. Again ServWorx doesn't disappoint. Brandon did an awesome job and made sure everything was perfect and i felt good about the fix before he left.

They sent out a technician late on a Saturday afternoon to help us with an emergency in our basement. They were very professional and did exactly what they told us. They were going to do a very stressful time. They helped us a ton. I would give Cale and his company a call if you need somebody you can rely on. I will definitely use them again in the future if needed.

When I noticed my water heater leaking I called Cale and within 40 minutes he had one of his guys at our house ready to replace it. I couldn’t recommend this company more for the efficiency and expertise with what they do. We are so appreciative of how quick they were to get the job completed!

Quality crew, extremely professional

We paid 3 other plumbers to come to our house. It wasn't until we hired ServWorx that they properly diagnosed the problem and determined the long term solution. Had we gone with the first 3 recommendations, we'd be out thousands of dollars and problem wouldn't even be solved. Can't recommend highly enough.

Bought a new water heater with a computerized control board. 10 days after installation, the alarm was sounding with the smell of electrical burning. Called ServWorx and got in touch with Cale. He was out the next day; he called the maker of the water heater and they sent out a new board and element. When the parts arrived, Cale came out and installed both in a relatively short time. Cale is very friendly and professional. If you need a good plumber I would recommend him and ServWorx. So we’re hanging onto Cale’s number because I’ve got a feeling a plain old fashioned water heater is probably the way I should have gone. Fingers crossed this one last as long as it’s 12 year warranty but so far it isn’t giving me any good indication it will.
