Mike was at my house today dec. 20 2018, he was very rude, he yeld at my 17 yers old son, he told us repeatedly if we want him to order the new parts for the dryer or not, I'm disabled and some times people cant understand me, I was telling him to watch a video completely about the dryer, hronly watched the first 5 seconds, and even if he had a "bad day" he should be more respectful to a disabled person and to a minor that only was helping her mom.. by the way we are Mexicans, I don't know if it had anything to do with his attitude... He also told us " this is the 2time of me coming over"" well it's your job, don't like it change your job.. by the way Janine was very respectful,

Kept me informed though out the entire process even when my home warranty company didn’t. It felt like they actually cared about my broken washer and not just getting paid. Best contractor that has ever been sent from my home warranty company!!

This company is awesome! They know their appliances and never will fix anything unless they get approval. As a property manager it is important to trust your vendors and we trust them 100%. Prices are great as well. I have no problem using them at all and referring them to other people.

Horrible! Mike was at my house today and was VERY RUDE! My husband discovered our dishwasher had been leaking, it had not been leaking out onto the floor, it was leaking behind warping the cabinet and wall, that was the only way we found out about it. My husband unplugged it and turned took off the air hose to stop it.
I let Mike know what he had done and he said, “I don’t know why he did that, he just made more work for me”! Seriously?! I then got my husband on the phone to try to explain what he did and says “I really don’t need to know, it is what it is”.
I work from home and went back to my office to work, I then hear my cabinets opening and went in kitchen and he took my clean pan from the cabinet and started dumping out dirty water into it, he never even asked if I had a bucket he could dump it into. To top it off, I had dishes in my sink that he dumped the dirty water onto! Also left soppy towels in my sink!
As a manager for an installations company, I would have been on top of my installers for this! All the lady in the office did was defend him! There is no excuse for RUDENESS.
I’m Mexican too by the way and saw a prior complaint about another Mexican customer.
This guy will never return to my home again. Good luck if you have to deal with this company

We had AABCO come to take care of our dish washing machine that has stopped working. We were promptly contacted by Janine who sett up our appointment.

Our tech was here on time who not only fixed the problem but also offered great advice to avoid a re-occurrence.

AABCO did an amazing job repairing our washing machine. Mike has been out ot our home several times to repair our oven and ice maker and ALWAYS does an amazing job!! They show up when they say they will, right on time every-time. I highly recommend them!!.

He did not make me buy brand new parts that I did not need. He repaired my unit and is working great.. I wish more people would support local small businesses...

I had AABCO out recently to fix my washing machine. Mike arrived to my home in uniform and on time. He listened to my complaints and then got right to work figuring out what the problem was. After discussing my options I decided to have the unit repaired. My machine was fixed at a price I felt was very reasonable and is working great. Mike was very knowledgeable and professional. I will have him back again should I need another repair and I will certainly refer him to others that would be in need of his services. Great company!

AABCO was assigned by our Home Warranty company to fix our dishwasher. Our fault we had Choice Home Warranty...the Worst! The saving grace was the kind and prompt service by Janine and Mike the owners!!! I even apologized to Mike when he came back out and fixed our dishwasher. I was so
