Michael & Janine from AABCO Service Appliance Repair are by far two caring, compassionate & knowledgeable individuals in the industry of appliance repair. We have requested & used their company 4 times now through our Home Warranty company & will ALWAYS request AABCO. We also will recommend their company to anyone we know who are in need of appliance repair.

My wife called and got an estimate for a glass cooktop and they were very responsive and got me an estimate very fast. They ordered it for us and had it replaced in a few days. Amazing because it came from another state. They made the whole process easy and were glad to answer any questions and always easy to get ahold of. I would highly recommend them and use them again in a heartbeat.

Although we did not work together due to the kind of work needed, They are very knowledgeable and honest. They provided me with options and ideas to check if fixing my appliance was relevant. I will for sure contact them again for my next need.

AABCO came out to diagnose an issue with my dryer. Found the problem quickly and gave a fair quote to fix. Was not pushy and just gave me the facts and options. Refreshing to deal with honest people these days. Thank you

I very rarely give a five-star rating to anyone as there is always room for improvement, but in this instance, I am not sure how AABCO Service could have improved. From the moment Janine picked up the phone with her warm cheerful greeting to the great job Michael did repairing our oven they left no room for improvement that I could see. I called and Janine set me up with Michael who was at our door to fix our oven within 2 days. Michael needed to order a part to complete the repair, and he was back within 2 days. Their communication and updates with regards to when they would be to my home were timely and there was very little wait in the time period given that Michael would be here. It's very hard to find honest, competent people these days but look no further as AABCO are those type of people.

Great communication, great service. Mike was the technician. He was competent and honest, and he went above and beyond to make sure my 3rd party warranty service would cover the repair. Would recommend to friends and family.
