Just moved to AZ and had a few estimates for HVAC that shocked us! We called We Fit It after seeing their truck at a neighbor's home and hearing how polite and nice the tech was! I'M SO GLAD WE DID!! Estimate guy was fantastic and funny!! Got estimate same day (*substantially lower than other companies!!!) and install the next day! BUT A SPECIAL MENTION AND THANKS TO ISAAC AND LARRY!!! THEY WERE THE KINDEST, FRIENDLIEST AND POLITEST HUMANS!!! THEY WERE ALSO KNOWLEDGEABLE, THOROUGH AND WORKED HARD TO ENSURE WE HAD A PERFECT SYSTEM!! BOSS, GIVE THEM A RAISE!!! We had an amazing experience with We Fix It Home Services, LLC. Our AC went out on Easter (of all days!), and they still came out quickly to help us. That level of dedication and customer care is hard to find. They were professional, efficient, and got everything up and running again. Highly recommend!

Daniel replaced our ecm motor, he was really freindly and you can tell he is a hard worker! He gave us exactly what the issue was and wasted no time getting it fixed! He deserves a raise for actually caring about his customers!

Company wise - we used emergency air before these guys and they wanted 2500 for a problem they couldn't even tell us, fast forward we found these guys (we fix it) we got a proper diagnostic AND IT WAS ONLY 600!!really crazy that some company's will try to scam ya! THANK YOU DANIEL AND WE FIX IT TEAM!

Sweetest family we came back from a vacation with our air not working, the owner came the next morning to help us. I’ve never gotten that type of response so fast. He was communicative and told my husband what happened and fixed the problem. I highly recommend this company.

This company is incredible! Between fast ETA and great customer service, we fix it came out promptly and fixed exactly what we needed. Highly recommend getting your ducts cleaned as well, we added the service and It truly helped our air quality!

My unit was installed on June 30th 2023 and quit working mid July 2025, while I was out of town. I should have paid closer attention to the worker's doing the work as the unit I ordered and what the paper work stated were not the same. I asked for an explanation and got no response. No kidding, the unit lasted only 2 years. I asked for remuneration and was told that the new AC contractor should have seen the warranty and honored it as it stated a longer warranty period. The manufacturer of the unit was a 2 speed Goodman gas pack, I ordered an Amana gas pack and the paperwork stated it as an Amana . I was told by a lady in the office that Goodman and Amana were made by the same company which is owned by the Daikin Corporation in Texas. I lost trust in this company because of the their switching unit practice, their double talk, and their lack of accepting responsibility for their actions.

I really needed someone to do maintenance on our AC. Can't recommend Daniel enough. Very thorough and knowledgeable, answered all of my questions. He gave me great tips and walked me through everything.

Daniel M was super knowledgeable, professional, and easy to work with. He provided me with helpful information on the longevity and health of my unit as well as a pamphlet for add ons that are great for people with chronic health issues like myself. I appreciated his call beforehand which allowed me to lock up my dogs. Overall amazing service again and again and that will for sure keep us as customers!

Got a new ac from them last summer. Tech who sold me it was great. Install was a mess left cigarette butts, brazing materials and wire remnants outside and in attic. Tech who sold me the unit came back cleaned up a bit. Fast forward to this summer my safety switch keeps triggering no big deal. I noticed my power bill doubled from one month to the other. I went to change my filter in the attic and the tech that was out a few weeks before to fix the safety switch left a panel open so my unit was cooling my attic. Called the company but never heard back after the gentleman I spoke to said that they would reach out to me for a remedy. Its hard to not feel cheated after being treated like this and left hanging.

These guys are notorious spam callers. They send an anonymous text and when you respond by asking what company, they call you endlessly. So far, 10 times the last 2 days to my number that is on the national do not call registry. With behavior like that, I would never trust them to do any work on my home.
