My AC went out this past Saturday. I called Chris and he gave up his Sunday plans with his family to come and inspect my unit. The unit was 16 years old and had lived its life. Chris called me on Monday with all plans (crane, new unit and materials) set to come Tuesday morning (5am) showed up on time said he would be done by 730am. Well Chris and his team were cleaned up and done by 630am with unit cooling my home.
Chris was professional, kept me in touch with plans and his pricing was the best around.

San Tan Air is by far the very best company for purchasing your new and efficient HVAC home unit! Chris Rathmann is the owner of this company, and who I chose to do business with. When he said he’d arrive the next morning at 6am to begin the installation he was serious. He actually arrived at about 5:45am and was already working out back (with a head lamp on because it was still dark!) removing the old ac/heating unit. He’d said it may take up to 4 hrs to complete the installation.. he had it up and running in about 2 1/2 - 3 hrs! There was a group of 4 team workers including himself who continued working without breaks. He was reliable, responsible, knowledgeable, trustworthy, honest, non- stressed and, from what I could see, was respected by his co- workers making his team seem like a well oiled and tuned unit themselves! Chris texted the paperwork to me with my warranty included. He didn’t miss a step in the entire operation. He was so easy to work with, and answered all of my questions. And the icing on the cake was Chris beat out the competition by about $2000-$4000! Believe me when I tell you he’s the guy you want to hire for your new HVAC system! He also does HVAC maintenance for a very reasonable price. Again, San Tan Air is the best & wisest choice for your new HVAC system! (He was a referral from a local friend of mine who always shops around before she hires the company or person who will do the quality work at a great price and with a smile.)

We found exposed wires leading to our unit. Chris and his son Jacy came out and repaired the connections and reinforced the wire to offer extra protection. They also serviced my unit and it is now running more efficiently and cooling down faster. They both have an excellent work ethic and are polite and friendly. I highly recommend their services.

Chris and his crew are some of the best in the industry. Our AC went out late on a Friday night and Chris promptly got back to us and diagnosed the AC the next morning. We had to wait on some parts but as soon as they came in Chris and his crew had the full AC system installed in just a few hours. Chris with San Tan Air LLC installed a mini split for our garage in the middle of this brutal heat!! He is professional, prompt, and extremely knowledgeable when it comes to his services!! Chris and his team did a great job installing two new units at my house. As a construction superintendent myself and home owner I was pleased with the professional work. Chris went above and beyond. I'm proud to call Chris and San Tan Air my new friends.

We wanted to upgrade, our house had a 4 ton unit and it couldn’t keep up on a hot day. Chris got us a nice 5 ton, which is much better for our house. Up front with all costs and the installation looks clean. Our house is nice and cool with no more hot spots.

Chris from San Tan Air came to our rescue. We had trouble with a new Furnace installation by a different vendor and called Chris. He was very responsive and cam out the next day to evaluate our issue. He and three of his tech showed up early morning and began to troubleshoot. In about an hour and a half they had a pretty good idea what was wrong. In under two hours they had my furnace up and running. An adjustment to the flame and a hard reset of the system and I was getting good heat.

I am very happy with San Tan Heat and Air and would encourage anyone in need of some good old fashioned technical know how and attention to detail to call them.
